i agree with sfhawkeye... be different, don't be another homo follower... i built a 97 pontiac grand am. everyone was laughing at me but they all shut up once i popped the hood and they all saw my turbo and nitrous set up. but they really shut their mouths when i hit 10.6 sec on the drag strip.

The only thing that matters is that your happy with what you did. You could take a big V8 car and build on that, but why? Everybodys done it. I like the Turbo Kia build. its unique. kudos to you. shows that your not following the crowd. 14sec is pretty good on a car thats making probably 100whp stock. And they're light too so that helps. can't corner in a boat sized muscle car so draggin is the only thing you could do. that little kia could run a circuit around a mustang in and out of corners.

Ignore them like i do. This was 4 years ago and im very secure, those persons, dont have a car running this timein the 2008 like me in the 2002-04. Now I got a 10 secs car and a full street car running 11.5 @ 118mph with pump gas 93 oct. When somebody of those who say those comments got a car like mines, they can talk shit. jajaja

i had a kia mentor i pulled the old motor out and put a B6 mazda turbo motor in it...with a front mount the first motor was really the same as the B6 but i gave that thing shit and she never died on me...But then the gear box fuck up and i couldnt reverse LOL then i got a yellow sticker on it coz of the turbo etc ...so i sold her good time that little thing.
