  • this dhalsim teleport too much imo : /....viper was waiting for it by the end and dhalsim couldnt think of what else to do

  • the fact that dhalsim can attack RIGHT out of the teleport now makes him much better then he used to be.

  • Dhalism is definately top tier in this game holy crap. @_@ I like C. Viper but I think they could tweak her a bit more to be improved, she seems to have a hard time, however I'm really look forward to playing her. From what else I seen it's Dhalism, Ryu, and Abel are really popular to use on SF4

  • Rufus is looking to be the top tier of this installment. He has insane pokes, insane damage, great defense, great speed, a good Ultra, amazing aerial attacks, and j.2K.
