Imagine this! the stage dark as hell, how am I gonna see the tiny numbers on the knob. Otherwise I might get one of these if the scenario will be outside during the day.
No dont hide the moving part which is the wheel because it lets you know where you are... You are great....... This is the first i've ever seen... Market it and you're rich....... All the best in improving it......... You ahve my vote...
@RobChappers Nah, put the moving parts inside, but don't hide them - stick a window in the case, use a numbered knob (or even better, a continuous slanted line) and back-light it, and you get a simple display to show where your volume is.
