@super6plx Then test patterns must truly crack you up. Perhaps you've never been exposed to real comedy (they an't it!) or perhaps you're just easily amused. These shows are unbearable. I couldn't be that unfunny if I tried.

Test patterns of the 1950s to 1980s are so funny, because of crazy rendering. I even laughed a lot at them! I would still go for the new test pattern created for HDTV, great color positioning, and truly awesome.

Are you kidding? Those test patterns were a work of art, as far as I'm concerned. The HDTV test patterns are also good (perfect for the digital technology we have today), but I'll go for that now-un-PC Indian Head.
