Ilove ocmpost tea. The only thing I don'tlike is using those air stones...try using a soaker hose and I bet you switch :) I have a compost tea video where I show you how well they work if your interested in watching it.
By adding the nutrients to the tea after brewing you smother most of the active microorganisms. When you draw the mesh bag out, think about how many organisms come with it. You do not have nearly enough areation going.
