Some people think this is funny, corporate policy wants me to answer the phone in three rings or less even when I got a lot of paying customers whom are having really bad days, but policy is policy and If I want to keep my job, I have to be verbally and sometimes physically assaulted by the customer in the store, but I'm glad you had a laugh at some one else expense while showing an insensitivity to a minority group.
