@cooljunkproductions I see you are greatly confused. 1, the motion tracking itself is flawless, however the FPS for the cropped animation are off.

@navybrony so the motion tracking appears to be off. but it looks like it could have been a shitload easier if you filmed with a tripod and then added camera shake, and then parented your composition to it. would have saved a lot of effort an quality.

also, you did not have to go into photoshop to rotoscope, and doing so (because each frame is not perfect) made the edges appear to wiggle. you should have used an animated mask in AE, or attempted to do several color keys.

I do animated masking now, in addition to cast shadows (vs layer shadows), and have been learning Syntheyes for motion tracking.

Synthesized camera shake always has a very fake look to it though, especially when people use it for explosions.

If you look at the 2 feet placed on the floor, and where they connect, you can see there's no movement. However you can see extra parts of the outline pop in about that time which looks like movement.
