I don't think it's a christian song. I think it's a love song. Broken wings is a term for someone who has fallen onto hard times or has fallen into despair, much like how someone feels after a long loving relationship ends with drama or tragedy. So get back on your feet, find yourself again and be happy and you'll fall in love with someone who is also happy. That's my interpretation.
