  • Robert Rosendale is an amazing chef. He does things with food that you wouldn't ever think could happen. He serves Truffle Oil Popcorn in the bar! WHO WOULD EVER THINK TO DO THAT. It is also very delicious. I saw him do a seminar in Columbus 4/5/08 and I learned a lot. Sous Vii cooking is awesome

  • buddy I live in Vancouver and i know at least 3 restaurants that serve that dish, also when I lived in Calgary there were many restaurants that served truffle oil popcorn. It seems nowadays all top "Chefs" do is combine Truffle oil, saffron, foie gras, and monkfish then sell it for exorbitant prices. liquid nitrogen ice cream is also played out. BTW how much did he charge(rob) you for said seminar?
