@RiverBirch1967 He he - you couldn't believe how many weird people and even weird emails I had to put up with in past days. These 3 were the worst one I think... Maybe I should share some about emails that I had to ignore cuz it's just so.. creepy like a mom wanted to know if can bring two kids with and they can share a room. o.O

I know It is hard on you and new roommates. I know I did recommend. to save your house.. which mean it is difficult situation. I am there for you... Remember to sign the paper agreement before the new roommate move in.. I have bad experienced.
@matseattle Ohyea - I have a lease all ready to print once someone to move in. Must have a paper to keep myself secured for a while. I'm open for 6 or 12 months. Actually, I prefer 6 months just so I can increase if needed after 6 months.
