I am bereft of things to say; the part about Muncaster Castle and Thomas Skelton (Tom-fool-ery) was especially interesting, but this episode is the best so far, especially, as pointed out on the comments with such semantic gymnastics, 2'16''. @Almanzzor You see the spirit of the housekeeper. Although when you think about it, she was a good ghost. She's only trying to make sure her staff didn't get raped. And as housekeeper, she had a HUGE responsibility over the conduct of the under-staff...so yeah. She had to be firm.

I got to say that this one ghost while alive actually was probably doing those girls a favor by keeping them from getting pregnant as some girls are liable to get when not supervised. It is just now days we think such prudish thinking is very wrong. Remember if these girls got pregnant and weren't married they risked losing their jobs and they didn't have welfare programs back then.
