USE A ROLLER AND ROLL THE CEILING TIGHT TO THE WALL. IT WILL SAVE YOU A BUTT LOAD OF TIME GETTING THE PAINT ON THE CEILING AND THEN RUN A 3 INCH BRUSH WHERE THE CEILING MEETS THE WALL TO FILL IN AN SMOOTH OUT THE LITTLE BIT YOU MISSED.
Sweet Jesus... Somebody's gunning for their own show... The key to painting a ceiling is to slap it on as fast as possible, and then shoot the camera a grin..! But keep those edges wet!
Back up north a painter wouldn't get through a door with a paintbrush unless he was in the union. And you would learn from a journeyman and make good wages.
I invite all the people who criticise the guys who make the videos to do one themselves as I appreciate any helpful demonstration and eagerly look forward to seeing how you can improve on this one! Thank you for making this video.
a pro painter using a sash will outperform a pro using a flat all the time in terms of quality a flat brush u have to adjust to mimic what a sash already does sash saves time on cutting corners especially
@flourishjoe Agree 31/2" not good for newbs, but Thats my fav brush!!! I can freakin cruise with one, I can even cut in millwork with a 31/2" brush. When brush strokes dont matter-Purdy pro glide the best brush on earth.
nylox is a terrible terrible brush those purdy brushes were good in 1930 the paint today is much much different sorry why do u think all the pro companies are making brushes that use filaments which are a lil stiffer painters today dont use huge 3 1/2 brushes with full soft nylon for latex anymore if u do your not educated
LOL sash brush is for beginners? dude wow 3 1/2 are u serious??? do u have arthritis ?? if not u will.. NYLOX?? joking/?? everything u said was not pro lol
@flourishjoe bullshit if you got to use a sash to cut in then youre not very experienced with a brush. I could cut everything in a house in with a 4 inch brush if I wanted to and it would be perfect! sash brushes are made for windows thats why they are called sash brushes!!!

wait a fucking second. Why the fuck his cutting in the ceiling ? He painted the walls firs ? Or he's not gonna paint the walls ?

@kiesha86 when painting you always wanna do the ceilings first so you dont get paint all over your freshly painted walls...
