  • If Ivey had the aces, he would go allin like a donk and call Cunningham lucky...

  • Wow nice lay down. For Ivey 2's never lose.

  • great fold

  • it was a scary board, lots of straights and 2 pairs in Ivey's range from the BB. The only hands cunningham could beat were bluffs and smaller overpairs but the way Ivey played didn't really look live an overpair, and he's not bluffing enough there to make a profitable call

  • It´s pretty obvious that Cunningham put Ivey on 87, and then on the river a 10 got there, if it would have come like a queen or something it would have been a different story, that is overall a pretty standard laydown.

  • @Vengion I disagree.. I think Cunningham thought Ivey flopped a set.. He seemed unsure after the flop..

  • @Vengion if he put him on a draw why would he call him there? if he even out him on an over pair he is raising them. a donk bet like that usually signifies a weak two pair. allen could have easily been calling praying the board would pair

  • @geoffo23

I don´t think ivey would play either 9,2 - 6,2.. Perhaps 96S, but how would Allen know that if the bored now would have pairad that it did´nt give Ivey a full house. And a donk bet like that usually signifies a Top pair with a weak kicker, not 2 pair.

  • cunningham is one of the most humble players in poker

  • Man these rigged sites should be banned!!

  • Cunningham is severly underrated. Sure, he's a bit nitty, but he knows his shit.

  • tired of crazy badbeats?visit my channel

  • Commentator just making retarted comment, "Even I'd play the hand", thanks genius

  • URnotINdanger2 and durrrr had a very interesting duel last night with quite a few big pots and lots of chips changing hands. I just got 50 $ free from Pokerfrik site so im gonna get to those top guys soooon!

  • Gus Hansen slightly resembles a kangaroo

  • I know i would re raise HARD on flop

  • yes alen is good , very good slow player!! He always take it easy, never tilt! EVERYONE WHO SAY ITS EASY FOLD; NEVER FOLD ACE'S THATS ALL FROM ME! (UNLESS 5players in hand and K K J J T is board) LOL!

  • i always felt that allen is one of the top 5 in the world.

  • Now when few months have passed, Antonius has won all of his money back and more. To get a no risk start with poker you can use free 50$ from Pokerfrik website, i use it myself!

  • Pocket 10's vs. pocket aces... This video and all other videos proves that two 10's has more luck than two aces.. As you can see, the guy on the video had two aces, and when the river hits.. There's a 10.. Wow. The guy is probably thinking phil has a set of 10's or two hands.. If I was playing, I would think he has two hands.

  • The players came out swinging right off the bat, and if this hand is representative for the kind of action we will see, the spectators are going to be in for a treat. Anyway i just got 50 free $ from Pokerfrik to start my poker carrier, wish me luck :PP

  • If the rumors are true, he made at least one very good score by staking the Mizrachi Brothers. Mizrachis started thir carrers with free 50 dollars deposit from PokerFrik website

  • good laydown

  • lol at these youtube poker pros, I wonder why they're on youtube looking up Ivey and Cunningham while Ivey and Allen's at the high stakes game.

  • @hilup3445

Haha. can we play sometime my FTP name = gundron5533 =)

    And its been confirmed

You might have heard people sharing on their FB walls that you should register with the bonus code AMERICAS at Full Tilt Pokers web site.

I think its the preferred way if you're a new player to start playing.. They will DOUBLE your first deposit in addition to a few other beneficial perks. Its limited to the first 1000 players that sign up with this

  • alen can´t fold this hand before the river cause of the over pair and maybe he think after the flop bet : 'ohhh phil is playing a over pair too...looks fine' and at the turn he maybe think ohh: 'maybe phil is going for a semi bluff with 7-8'

and than come the river and phil is betting again and allen will think something like 'ohhh that is a bad card i must fold now' so i think he did the right thing cause of the wrong card ;)

  • Cunningham make some great fold

  • @Hizilk Actually it is a lie fckn noob

  • I would put Phil on straight ten high. Not a set.

  • What is the poker chips , and the cards ?

  • @FletcherHabit

    what?

  • @zarkarta8942

Ahah... Kk I am gonna hook you up my FTP ID is cudhold5817 :]

    And yes

Full Tilt recently announced to their facebook fans that new players now can go to their web site, then sign up for an account with the code AMERICAS.

It really is a great bonus deal. They will double your first deposit in addition to multiple other nice perks. Sadly only gonna work for the first 1500 players that register using this

  • @Phillvey21 stop spamming idiots, you don't even have a full tilt account nit

  • @vadrum2296

Rofl... I can spare 30$ my full tilt poker name is vilaho2279 =)

    And its true

Full Tilt the other day announced on their facebook fan site that a new player should head on over to FTPs web site, then register a account usin the code AMERICAS.

I think it is the preferred way for a beginner to start with a nice bankroll.. They will DOUBLE your first deposit plus a few other important perks. Its limited to the first 3000 players that sign up with it

  • They are playing six tables and have agreed to resume play after just an hour’s break, so stay tuned for a lot more action. Lol, anyway i will built my bankroll out of those free 50 $ i got from Pokerfrik, so once day i'll kick durrrrs ass :)

  • How the f*** could Cunningham lay down AA?! I am not quite sure if i would do the same. Especially with no pairs or flush draw cards on the board. Huge laydown Mr. Cullingham!!!! :D

  • @Fredolicious83 What do you beat here with AA? Just because Ivey generally has an aggressive image doesn't mean he picks up hands. When he donk bets three streets into AC who is a fairly tight player, it has to be a hand that beats the nut overpair. Don't think Alan would even float one street with Ax.

Also I think Phil may have picked up a tell on AC considering Matusow limped (he did, didn't he?) and he raised over a limper, allowing Phil to sense that AC had a big hand.

  • We’ll never know, but on this hand it might have been more effective. Anyway the best ay to start poker is to take free 50 $ from Pokerfrik website and then learn with those 50 bucks without risk.

  • Patrik had also a great WSOP, even though he didn't play himself that many tournaments. But his start is interesting, he started with only 50 $ online, and hegot it free from PokerFrik website :)

  • In addition, he does not manage to hit any of his winners on the river. Newborn players have the advantage over the old pros because today you can get free 50 $ starting capital from the websites like PokerFrik and it's an easy start.

  • He flopped the nuts , but was overtaken by Esvedra’s straight on the turn and Ingenious89’s flush on the river. hehehe i really got those 50 $ from Pokerfrik website, thnx to them :)))

  • There is a simple way to get free 50 $ without any deposit, check out Pokerfrik website. mpfsewwzdqjo'wwidoqkecjqdkmoeksfirksmdkcandvaaogiwqemuwtuij

  • how does his call represent an overpair. i dont get that. on that board in position against ivey it could be 2 random high cards, it could be an overpair, it could be 7-8, could be pocket 8s or 7s or another set, could bet 10-9 type of hand, could be gutshot like 7-10, am i wrong here in thinking these anouncers are idiots. great fold though.

  • @SurvivingTheHorizon cunningham is known to be a fairly tight player. with ivey leading out an cunningham calling shows that he has an over pair. hes not really the type of player that floats alot with just over cards. the flop was dry aswell. his call clearly showed he had a good hand, which most likely was an over pair

  • So he's always laying down top pair, or a middle pair, or a gutshot against Ivey. I hope I can play against Cunningham soon if that's right. He has to balance his range here, and I'm sure he does. If he's only reraising with a flopped set and only continuing with an overpair by just calling - he would be VERY predictable and VERY easy to exploit. You could lead every single dry flop against him and if he called or raised you would know exactly what he had and the rest of the time you pick it up.

  • @SurvivingTheHorizon what these shows dont show are the 10 hands between each hand shown. obviously cunningham is a great player (mainly tournaments) and he has a good read. these have all played alot together dont forget that. cunningham obviously mixes it up. if he just played ABC all the time we wouldnt be watchin him on the screen right now. overall tho, hes known to be mainly tight and he uses that tight image to his advantage also. this is just one hand, its being in the black that counts

  • uhh best players ever, but i think ivey would extract more money on cuningham by checking the flop i think.

  • Anyone who says that wasnt a very difficult fold is a fuckin idiot. Thats about as nice of a board u could ask for playing AA. Thats why these guys are pros and making millions.

  • forget folding, on the river i would have reraised my entire stack and would have thrown in the deed to my house and left homeless. thats why allen and phil are the best, and we are talking about the best.

  • How could he just fold? Unbelievable.

  • Not impressed

If the 10 or 5 didn't hit, this would've ended very differently

  • @toyotas2006 lol, you would have re-raised on the flop and gone broke...

    idiot

  • @3StevieD

Don't be a tool, and attempt to tell me how I play, donk

  • What must it be like to face an opponent like Phil Ivey for big cash ? A daunting prospect.

  • These are the two best poker players on the planet.

  • @rhcpbroncos

Phil's the best in the world. Allen is pretty good, but Durrrr would crush him heads up.

  • cool lay down but not that hard, sure he had top pair but that doesn't mean a whole lot most times come the river

  • fish.. he should have layed it down on the turn allready... hahahaha... just kidding... sick laydown... specially against ivey... but he was doing to much of a chipdance before the river valuebet i guess, but how many people in this world would lay that down in this spot ? awsome laydown...

  • Hey guys, if you want free 50$ to any big poker site, go to this page: pokerstrategy,com/uFHEWR

  • World Class Fold

  • easy laydown :)

  • @janezbboy

not an easy laydown you fuckin moron with your fuckin smiley.I would snapcall here against unknown

  • @Randy1337 Yeah you tell him! Janezbboy was obviously being serious, good work!

  • fantastic cunningham

  • i love pokerrrrrrrrrrrr

  • comment at 1.00 says cunningham was i great player can he get away from this derrrrrrrrrrrrrrr he still is a great player.

  • wow, what an AMAZING play by cunningham. I don't think I could ever think my way through to know someone flopped trips if I had aces. It'd be too damn hard to throw em away haha

  • I wonder if Allen calls if a non 10 or 5 river falls. Surely 87 is a large chunk of Ivey's range.

  • Excellent lay down

  • i wish i had Cunninghams poker knowledge

  • niiiiiiiiice laydown

  • aside from ivey's typical aggressive image, this seems like a set as played. out of position betting all three streets. definitely not a bluff. When the commentator said "he may have jj/qq" that's ridiculous because Ivey would have put in a raise preflop, aside from the fact that Allen had AA.

  • @MrGnomemeat

True, and this isn't really a board which attracts alot of bluffs, Ivey wouldn't be so pot comitted with bluffing only to take down a small pot, he must've have something valuebetting 3 times.

  • niiccceee :D

  • to all of you saying "it was obvious what phil had", you're all morons. These two are thinking on higher levels than u can even imagine and so playing a hand "face up" is actually very deceptive

  • @NoScope242

absolutely right. its all easy when you see the hole cards but ivey can play the nuts or absolutely nothing the same way and his face wont change

  • @NoScope242 lol. Everyone knows bottom sets are super obvious.

  • nice fold

it's always a easy fold if you just watch it from the sidelines long after the game is finished but if you played live games and have some experience you know that is a hard fold.

  • asdffdsafdsa123 you are the biggest dumb ever heard.. it was obvious what ivey had ? you have no idea of poker man

  • shut up u idiot wat do u know b4 u message back i dont clain to no a lot

  • ez fold against a regular tight aggresive... who knows what the history is tho.

  • Rakebackvillage,COM

    for good poker deals.

  • Allen Cunningham is a Poker Monster

  • you must have big balls to make that fold...awesome play

  • impressive fold

  • howtogetpokerrakeback com

  • ivey is the best....

  • I agree but did you see him muck that flush in this years tourney I think the cameras and attention does get to the best players sometimes.

  • alan has to reraise the flop or turn to see where he's at.

  • flop - not turn.

  • Allen knows exactly where he is on the river.

If he raises anywhere on that board, he only gets called by hands that beat him. He would rather Ivey keep bluffing, But then he realizes Ivey doesnt fire a 3rd bullet that often in that spot, Because Its clear Allen has an over pair, so for Phil to still bet, means he expects a call. which is why Allen thinks 1 level higher and folds

  • tat donkey who said he is a pro well i doubt ur very successful if ur sayin raise the pot to roughly 50000 on 1 2 blinds. wat a donkey

  • this

  • Very good play By Allen Cunningham!

  • So if the blinds are 1k 2k and cunningham and ivey have 100k stacks your saying cunningham shud raise to 50k with aces... wat are you smoking?

  • two pair 10+9 wasn't his read!!

if alen fort ivey had flopped top pair, he wuda raised in position for sure..

with alens style, theres no way, he wudnt of raised in position

Iveys range in this spot is hugee! callin a raise mid/late position, in the BB.. ivey could av literally any two cards..69, 66 to 78 etc. Ivey bet out into the raiser.. flop n turn, wen ivey fires on turn.. alen is pretty sure hes beat but realises he has the implied odds to call, a 3rd bet on the river would confirm this

  • even if you pot bet it, it doesn't completly scare your opponents draws away.. as deep as ivey n allen were, if ivey had an open ender he would have the implied odds to call a pot size bet as potientially he could get his whole stack... you sure don't seem like a pro, whats ur online poker alas...

  • absolutely not, you can bet me on this that he would have folded a 2 2 with a higher initial raise! nobody would take so much risk with a pocket 2 to chase half the stack raise by the opponent!

  • that doesnt make any sense at all!!!!!! do u mean ivey cant call preflop with 22 to a higher raise..cos thats true but the raise wasnt for half his stack?? the call was for less then 5% for his stack and he can potientially double up..

  • well, all I am saying is ivey wouldnt have called a blind of 50% stack raise by cunningham, it would have been a major risk had if cunningham had raised 50% of his stack on AA and ivey had called it!!

  • soooo random! y would he raise 50% of his stack like ever!!! ur a waste of time

  • @pakimadarchod why do you want people to fold 22 when you have AA? that's just throwing equity down the toilet.

  • Comment removed

  • Don't think so. Allen Cunningham plays very tight, and knows that Ivey knows that. Allen calling on a dry flop lets Allen know that Phil knows he has a pretty decent hand. Phil would not play one-pair that way versus a guy like Cunningham. That's how Allen knows he's beat.

Ivey's range for that betting pattern against an Allen Cunningham pre-flop raise is not as wide as people are saying. It would be wider against a player like Gus or Patrik.

  • They were being foolish on purpose you twit.

  • HAHA... I love how the commentator says "I think the 2005 .... Allen Cunningham is gonna play that (pocket aces)..".... No shit! It's pocket aces. Pre-flop, it is the best hand possible.

  • Idiot

  • how do you know ppl are gonna hit trips if they flop hasn't been shown?

  • ................joking

  • pair of A's at the end is just a pair

  • a double pair cud beat him, a straight is possible

good laydown, but u dont have to be the 2005 player of the year to do that..

  • lol, a straight is possible? That's not a very big part of his range.

Please explain how Cunningham knows his Aces are no good here, other than just saying "better hands are possible".

  • well he probably is used to playing with ivey so when ivey made that bet he knew he was beat based on past experiences with him

  • My explination would be that if you look at the flop its a horrible flop and cunningham probably asked himself that the reason ivey is in the play is because that he has a pair, and since the flop is so random, he probably have three of something.

  • yeah of course everyone plays AA. Dumb twat commentator

  • inspirational laydown...
