  • It is a beautiful moment that you have shared but I must agree with hoofs2010...you should have created a peaceful setting for her so she could relax instead of being agitated. I also don't understand why you guys jumped in and rubbed the foal down instead of just letting mum do what she needed to do. I'm sorry but I feel there was too much noize and too much unnecessary intervention.

  • why ae you all so noisy she deserves quiet as she would have in the wild, thats the only thing i didnt like was the talking sorry my opinion only

  • This is so beautiful! thanks for sharing that moment with us. Never saw the birth of a foal before. Could have watched hours and hours after birth. You are great people! Good job! Well to Ivy too!

  • i wonder how the mother and filly are doing today

  • AWWW so cute im so happy that you barley even helped her because she is 'wild'

  • Let me be the first to say that, that was adorable!! I love the mare the the filly-3 my mom has a trot horse called Ninnucia and I went to see the birth in Italy with my mom when we went to go check on the pregnant mare called Vaicarlina, and her father was a well known trot horse called Enjoy Lavec:)
