  • uhm. Where did she come from?

  • thats not good enough ... the chocolate to hard when you roll (make a ribbon)

  • Guys this is actually really hard to do than u think.

  • I love the way she says chocolate

  • but how old is this video i feel like it was filmed 20 years ago :(

  • you need to bend it at the begining before it get hard instead of addind hot chocolate on the already hard chocolate.

white chocolate takes longer then dark chocolate to harden so you need to put white 1st. Then when white is becoming sligthly hard you add dark so they both harden together at the same time allowing you to bend it before evrything get too hard so it doesnt break and stay nice looking

  • thank you, Richard!

  • يجيب النووم

  • On the first part of the video when you spread the chocolate on the piece of plastic, do you place in the fridge? If yes, for how long?

  • I dropped the chocolate class in college. It takes someone with more patience than I've got. The day they brought out the Wagner cordless paint sprayer, and filled it with warm chocolate was my final appearance. Hats off to those that work with that medium. I don't mind working with sugar, but there's a lot more to chocolate than meets the eye.

  • Typical have-a-go housewife work.

Stick to the the cakes please, your chocolate 'work' is awful.

  • Good techniques, but the execution is rather crude. I don't like how it turned out.

  • Very Crude Work, a 5 year old can do better

  • is Baker's chocolate a brand or can you use any kind of moulding chocolate? has anyone tred this with regular milk chocolate?

  • @louxist all chocolate is tempered when you melt it you 'untemper' it.

bakers chocolate has no cocoa butter so can't be tempered and wont shine.

  • Plastic, is it plastic bag ? How do you prepare the choco.?

  • it's acetate. You should be able to get them at any stationery store. Baker's chocolate is already tempered (already has a shiny gloss) and is ready to use for these types of projects. To melt the chocolate you must use a "bain-marie" (hot water bath consisting of a metal bowl that fits slightly larger than a saucepot and a saucepot that the bowl will sit on). Fill the pot with a tiny bit of water (2 in.) and set in low temp. The hard choc sits in the bowl and allow to gradually melt.

  • Great! Love it! Thanks!

  • superb demo. not too long and very precise!
