Government regulations is a big reason why the Big 3 automakers are failing. Congress needs to do something about the unions such as cutting wages and also not allowing a government czar to oversee the operations.
Preserving jobs in the private sector is NOT THE GOVERNMENT'S JOB!!! That's a hard cold fact that many intelligent people will have to face! These bail-outs is nothing more than fancifully turning employed people into dole-scroungers!

I agree the problem is that unions test your body fluids constantly they never stop they make you go to classes that you dont get paid to go to in fact you pay them they have waaaaay more workers then they have jobs really its like indentured servatude im supprised they dont brand you. The only good thing about unions is good pay and advancment. Everything else about them is bad. If you made a list you could get about 50 cons and 3 pros.
I called my congressman Pat Tiberi's office everyday this week about the auto bail. His "people" told me today that he voted against the bail out... YEAH. I told the person on the phone i am very happy he did. As for my Senator Sherrod Brown im not going to waste my time calling his office he is very much a liberal , tax and spend is his game.
