selling ideas to those looking to create a curriculum, even if they are snake-oil, does not make anyone rich. the profit incentive of private education would mean that poor kids, some of whom may be smarter, would not be excepted to better schools because their parents would not be able to make as large donations. as it stands right now, public schools depend on property values to get funding so areas without industry growth have poor schools keeping them from growing industry is that fair?
