To a person suffering from pain, narcotics are not the answer usually, only for some people. Narcotics (vicodin, etc) paralyze your intestines and cause you severe, severe hardships compared to what they cure, and you become an opiate addict. Regardless of whether it's being prescribed or not, a doctor cannot prevent you from becoming an addict. The opiates all become less effective over time requiring you to take more. I know, I've done it. Marijuana has been the only thing to work for me.

The only people who are against medical marijuana are the people who are evil, cruel, selfish people who only care about themselves, and how things effect them personally. They do not care that these people who would rather be able to live life, with the least ammount of suffering possible, will have to take HEROIN as an alternative. It's just not called heroin, it's called things like vocidon, percocet, dilaudid, oxycontin, etc. It's all = to heroin, PURE heroin, much STRONGER than heroin.

When a person becomes very ill it's hard to maintain control over your life!! if you have ever been in pain that's so bad you can't think, you just want to crawl into a corner and die how would you keep control over your life! That's when you need help from people who are willing and able to help without taking advantage of the sick!!!

I have bi-polar neuropathy in both feet! The chronic pain I'm ALWAYS in SUCKS! I'm on Lyrica(which screws my head up)maximum dose for pain relieve, also on Ultram(4x a day)for pain relief, also taking some new over the counter med my wife wants me to try, and I have a spinal cord implant for pain relief! Even with all of the above I suffer every day!!

I want to try medical marijuana as I heard that research show it works in reducing nerve pain(that's the neuropathy)!! Problem is that where I live it's freaking illegal!! I totally agree with the woman in the video!! God-when is our government going to open their eyes and realize the positive in weed!!

Thanks for your support! Problem is, I'm 51 yrs old and have no idea how to get any. Last time i smoked was 30+ years ago. I wasn't sick then-smoked for fun and it was fun lol. I stopped because I met and married a Christian woman. She now supports me in trying it but as I said I have no idea how to get it in a state where it's illegal!
