There is no rule against the Hijab- the women are playing using standard stock uniform. Shirt, Shorts/Pants, Boots, Socks. There is no evidence the Hijab is dangerous during soccer, not gives a team an advantage. Iran was disqualified because it is seen as a western enemy, i believe that.
