Lived in London from 73-78 while attending UWO. Fondly remember the local bars like Fryfogles, the Rideout, the Firehall, the City Hall, Mingles and the Old York plus the Victoria tavern. Gosh, it's amazing I got through university at all LOL!!! But I did and moved away. And I still think about London from time to time and the great many people I knew... Thanks for posting this!!!

Nice video and nice choice of song. I am an artist/musician and just finished a couple portraits of John Lennon. @PaddyWhackish really depends on your situation - london is a different experience for everyone - be it single, married, rich, poor, etc....

That being said, as a single Londoner myself I have to say London tends to be a bit tough to network at first, but once you get to know the city, things get better.

It really depends what type of stuff interests you. London is a beautiful city, but if I was travelling from overseas I think I'd take a few drives. Toronto for the CNTower, Science Centre, ROM. Niagara Falls for the falls, wax museum, guiness records, etc.

In London there aren't that many options available. Basically its car, bus or taxi. If you can use the bus make sure you get a transfer because you can use it for as many trips as you want in 90 minutes. Also you can buy tickets at variety stores 5 for $8.80 instead of paying $2.50 per ride.

Actually I took these pics while going for walk abouts in my own neighbourhood. I live downtown, hence the majority of the pics were taken downtown. It has nothing to do with rich or poor. Its all about photographing what you see.

Yep, theres a London here. I was born and raised here in fact. Thank you for the compliment. I know I was blown away when I saw the amount of hits in the past day. These are all my photos. I have a bunch more but these were my favs. The bummer is that Youtube doesnt show the true beauty of the pics.
