  • 4:46- So precious [:

  • Great video

  • Adorable God bless you and your beautiful family! =0)

  • Why is head long is that how u r when ur first born

  • @husayn341 Yeah remember they're in a head down position when they're delivered vaginally. They then have to go through that narrow birth canal and it may take a while for the babys head to come out so that's why their heads look like cone heads. My son was born that way too. Not to worry his head looks perfect now and did a few days to weeks after his birth.

  • Cuuute *___*

  • cuuuute his so sweet I wish a great life for him :)))

  • Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww !!!!!!!!!!!! -3

  • Little hiccups *weeps*

  • This video was amazing! O_O That Canon 7D takes amazing video. Defiantly shows a "prettier" side to all of this. I am expecting my first in about 2 weeks. :)

  • This video is so beautiful.

  • That made me cry. My little boy will be here in a few weeks! My first and we almost lost him at 22 weeks. I've been on bed rest since and I can not wait to see him!

  • What kind of camera is this!?

  • He is a lil cutie

  • @DeadandGonee The camera is a Canon 7D

@prettyashley2708 He was born in July of 2010 so he is almost 17 months right now.

  • How old its he?

  • Seriously ! What camera is this ?!! I havent written my christmas list yet !

  • Cutie:)

  • beautiful baby(: wow the mom seems so calm!(:

  • holy cow the video quality is INSANE!!!! i know what i want for christmas!

  • it looks like u take it out of a movie!! I love the quality!!

  • so...is it better (for urself and the baby) to have a medicated birth in the hospital, or a natural birth at home?

  • I loved the video! the camera was amazing

  • he is so sweet

  • aww only a few hours old and already had hiccups :)

  • @mrsjuliebrown When I was pregnant, my son would litterally have hiccups everyday... 3 times a day it was crazy O_O

  • what kind of video camera are u using ur quality is amazing !:]

  • It probably wasn't but you made it look so easy. You were smiling at 9cm and you were so calm after the baby was born. You are a champ. Congratulations.

  • welldone

  • i love your camera. great video :)

  • @MissKristiLee, We had a lot of breastfeeding issues and tried very hard to make it work. Eventually, after several months of stress for us both (and some medical issues like allergies, a tongue tie and reflux), we switched to formula. My advice is to try as hard as you can, but don't beat yourself up if it doesn't work out. Every baby is different.

  • Just curious how you found breast feeding, I want to feed at least in the hospital but Im scared, more scared of that than labour lol. Did you do it natural or with a shield?

  • Beautiful video, thank you so much for sharing.

  • @sCeNeMuTt, No, they did not use suction, but the baby was posterior and had a very hard time getting through the birth canal. Not to worry -- his head looked normal just a few hours later.

@MegaCrackedEgg, Yes, I did end up having an epidural around 6cm.

  • Did you have epidural? I could not watch whole video because of poor internet connection and my sound does not work

  • Brilliant Video =) xx

    Absolutely adorable xx

  • now that was cute.. :D

  • Did they have to use a suction thing (forgot what it's called) to help with the baby? That's what they did with my sister and my nephew's head was like that too

  • @sCeNeMuTt that happens with a lot of babies either born posterior or from mothers with narrow birth canals, the babies skull has spaces(soft spots) in it so the bones can overlap comming through the birth canal adapting to the size, it usually rounds out in a couple of days!

  • its adorable how at the end the baby has hiccups! congratulations on the newest member of ur family!

  • 4:00 p.m Hiccups! :D so cute! I love this baby birth vid. not a tmi (shivers haha) congrats he's adorable. ;)

  • AWWW! His little hiccups. XD That is just the cutest thing.

  • Why such an elongated head?

  • The baby has a big head lol 3:10

  • great quality!!!

  • miss the sound of CTG from baby's heart.

does owen get ventouse when he was born?

  • What's that weird thing on his head? But however, what a lovely baby!

  • Awww where did you get that boppy

  • My favorite part starts at 4:24, when he gets the hiccups. He looked so annoyed by them; it was adorable!

  • this is the most beautiful baby i have ever seen, best labour video, love, like and favourited, i'm nearly two months to go with my baby boy and i think you've settled my worries a fair bit :) congradulations, he's amazing :)

  • beautiful...and to everyone who is wondering what is wrong with his head...NOTHING all newborns skulls move and shift in order to fit through the birth canal...it will go back into shape.

  • HOW U PPL CAN DESLIKE THIS SO

  • AT THE BEGINNING I TOUTH U HAVE TWINS

  • what happened to his head

  • from which camera u shooted?

  • This is such a wonderful story, i am 6 weeks pregnant and watched your first ultrasound video and kept watching from there and then all the sudden your giving birth. I feel like everything is moving too slowly right now, but im sure time wil fly before I know it. congrats on your baby boy. I hope we have a boy!

  • What a sweetie. The little guy looked so confused when he had his first hiccups. :) Congratulations and hope you and your son are doing well.

  • Awwwh the hiccups :D

  • He is ADORABLE! I really loved the quality of the video also, it was as if you were filming for a movie. I cant wait to have my baby in October. It'll be our first since we got married 5 years ago, and my husband is very excited about filming and taking pictures.

  • My precious angel was born on the 24th July too!:) All natural at 8.01pm.

  • A mothers birth canal is a narrow opening, and a babies skull is soft and not fused (hard like an adults). Example: It's like pushing clay through a small pipe, when it comes out the other end it isn't going to be perfectly round, but longer and a little "misshaped". Not all babies have a "cone-like" shaped head, but some have it more so than others. Over a short period of time a babies skull will begin to take a normal shape aka a "rounder head".

  • that was adorable he is so cute

  • your babyy is so preety!

andd from all the videos ive seen your one is the most reassuring =]

    thankyou !

  • maybe im emotional from being nine months pregnant, but this video, is beautiful.

  • wow..u look so beautiful even when u r in a labor pain

  • Such a gorgeous baby!

  • oh my gosh this is too cute!!!

im not an emotional person, but when he got the hiccups...it made me cry cuz it was just too cute!!!!! :) <3

  • The hiccups at the end made me smile! (: What a cutie... I have to look for updates now! (:

  • he is adorable

  • It's just a bit cone shaped from coming through the birth canal - they reshape themselves after awhile =)

  • amazing video well done and congrats.

  • Amazing quality ((

  • That happens to babies' heads when they are birthed naturally. It's from being squeezed through the birth canal.

  • He looks nice lol

  • whats up with babies head x x x

  • Comment removed

  • do you think a Nikon D90 would film this good?

  • wow.. sorry for my question.. but.. did you scream in the labor? 'cause i saw many women who scream in labor time.. he's very sweet.. really very sweet.. kiss from italy!

  • omg doesnt epudural hurts after?

  • dang woman u lucky u don't have strentch mark! I do after my 1st daughter ugh I hate the stretch mark so ugly LOL.

  • whats up with its head? looks like an alien

  • Wow - what a gorgeous video! Owen is so lucky to have this record of his birth-day!

  • amazing video quality...

  • Your baby is soo calm , from what I have seen , he barely cries , how is he getting on now ??

  • Great camera:^)

  • This looks like a movie/documentary :D Great video quality!!!

  • your very pretty and your baby is beautifal! have a great life

  • baby is sooo cute but wats wrong with his head ?

  • @imanather they used suction cup baby head is fine...

  • @imanather i think that came from the force cup! the time will change the head in his right form.

i hope that you can understand me and my english!^^

  • @GabberPrinzess thank u ... yup i can understand what u said :)

  • @imanather nothings wrong with the head, this might be a result of forceps or vacume being used in delivery or as a result of an awkward delivery such as he got stuck by the pelvis, the head will go back to a normal shape in a few weeks because the babies head is made of plates of bone that overlap when he is being born and sort of bounce back in time

  • @skarletsky thank u ... its clear now

  • @imanather ummm, not too insult you, but can you imagine what your head would look like after being squeezed through something that small??? people talk about the pain the mother goes through (with out an epidural) but no one realizes what that little person is going through on the inside! P.S. congrats on the little one!!!

  • @joeyerdon i'am not a medical student nor i have studied biology ever i just watched such video first time in my life thats why i asked ...

  • @imanather A mothers birth canal is a narrow opening, and a babies skull is soft and not fused (hard like an adults). Example: It's like pushing clay through a small pipe, when it comes out the other end it isn't going to be perfectly round, but longer and a little "misshaped". • @curlytabitha thank u so much for explaning :)

  • @imanather seriously what is wrong with that kids head man

  • @imanather seriously what is wrong with that kids head man very beautiful baby i must say

  • @imanather Babies skulls are soft when they are first born, and can sometimes be misshapen by the birthing process. My little brother had the same happen to him when he was born, he was born at an odd angle. So my parents took him to a chiropractor, and they adjusted the sutures of his skull.

  • @imanather He had the hiccups.

  • @imanather Tight vagina, too bad we didn't get to see it

  • @imanather babies get their head like that because of the pressure of the pushing but head comes back to normal very quickly

  • @imanather could just be from the pressure..iunno

  • @imanather Vaginal births do cause a babies head to look pointy, they go normal after a couple of weeks so I heard

  • @imanather Babies are born with space between the growth plates in their skulls. This allows the head to fit more easily through the birth canal and out. Many babies are born with "cone heads," and it will return to a rounder shape a few days after birth. I myself had an oval shaped head. The spaces between growth plates fuses as we get older. By the way, this was a great video, such a precious baby boy.

  • @imanather The plates (bones) in his head has not yet fused together so that they may over lap for him to slip through the narrow birth canal giving him a cone head. :D

  • soooo cute! and fab camera!!!

  • Awwww same birthday as me!!! :)

  • OMG you have such a pretty baby bump. My tummy looked like a road map with stretchmarks. LOL. And i expect this time round i'll probably have a roadmap belly again! LOL. Congrats!!!! xo
