Why would they ask her? It is a $10 tool looking to take over her whole career, and they ask what she thinks of it? How much does one of those files cost? Its like interviewing John Henry about his opinion of the steam powered hammer! I have read 32 positive reviews and this is the only one I have seen with any negative feedback. I pan on getting one soon, and hoping to get more reason to call this shenanigans.
She's doing it too slow. You need to go faster and with more pressure. If you do that, the callus comes off incredibly fast. Also, you have to put the sticky files provided on "egg" casing and use it afterwards to smooth it out. If you do it that way, you'll get incredible results!
