Fake Virus Phone Scam from India

They have called my parents house today trying to tell them that there was a huge virus on my parents computer that was giving their computers a virus, they somehow had my parents name and address. I told them to shove it up their scamming asses.

They called me today and said that all my informations like passwords and so on where out for everyone to see. I'm not that good with computers so I didn't really know what to think at first, got a bit nervouse...what if it it was true. I've started to ask why my virus program haden't noticed this, he said the virus had taken over the virusprotection. In the end the conversation ended with him telling me to f**k myself. A good way to keep the costumers happy!

Ive gotten those fake support calls,carpet cleaning,credit repair but the most fun was one from India trying to sell me prescription medications...I even got the guys supervisor on when I told them i'll take everything they got.

People still fall for those scams...unfortunaetly VOIP made it cost effective for the scamers.

I'm from England, and them retards call us up too.... I sometimes just scream through the speaker into their ears, and once I told them that I don't even HAVE a computer, and he got peeved.... Lol.... Once I told them to wait, and I waited till they hang up and re-dialled them telling them the exact same thing they said to me when they phoned me up and it was lolzzzz

I just got a phone call about a problem with the firewall and the guy sounded like he was from India. I told my brother about it and he told me to just hang up. Is this also a scam.

Too funny! Mayonnaise! I did the EXACT same thing three weeks ago, and then again today. I was washing dishes while I talked. I wish I had the forethought to record it. I strung him along for 15 minutes, then told him my Windows key was missing, perhaps 'cos I have a Mac...?

When he put me on hold to confer with his supervisor, I put my phone on speaker, left it on the counter, and launched Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack on iTunes, just for fun.
