How much was your mustang when you got it? im lookin for one and i cant find any that aren't totally wrecked or that actually have an engine for under 3000 not even the body style before this on.

@iReflexzZo when i bought it was around $10000 and that was 5 years ago I have an 03 Cobra Convertible now and i used the silver one as trade in and they gave me $5000 for it

@0SpyderScope i dont think SLP has a catback for the V6 stangs, however you can buy the mufflers and take them to a muffler shop to replace the ones you have, if you want a closer sound to the V8 (the V6 is never going to sound like a v8) then you should convert the v6 exhaust to a true dual exhaust.

@0SpyderScope I had a v6 and it sounded BEAUTIFUL with Long Tube Headers, o/r x-pipe, and dual flowmasters.

@87mustangguy depends on your noise tolerance the car is a vert and sometimes it was to loud to bear without the cats, i put the cats back for inspection purposes and it was better for long trips but i missed the thunder, in the video the cats are removed

thats a GT right? so its got a v8. dammit. i got a v6 mustang, but i want it to sound like that. but my friends got one too and he just put some exhaust on there and it actually sound really nice.

Its not possible for a V6 to sound like a V8. It may be close by V8s have two more cylinders than the 6s. I've got an 03 V6 and got my exhaust done and people think I have a V8 all the time :D
