  • AVIRA AND AVG FTW !

  • Why is it that with useful videos, immature people drive up in droves to completely taint it?

  • some one help need help deleting history for my laptop instead of where it says delete it says export and important please help

  • What's "Early Load"?

  • @theif519

Your antivirus scan before windows/drivers load so it will block any hidden or hard to remove malware (rootkits) which could be impossible to remove in Windows, in short to clean more serious infections., should be on agressive in order to get best protection, even it does slow boot up a bit.

  • Which is better, Norton or Avast?

  • @theif519 Norton, definitely.

  • @theif519 AVIRA AND AVG JUST LOOK AT HIS REVIEWS AVIRA AND AVG FIND DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF VIRUS THAN AVAST.

  • download norton 360 version 4.0 premier 90 day trial from :

    h t t p : / / filesmy (dot) com/1iHT7

  • Would this still work? It's now 2011 :L

  • Norton is better than Kaspersky for advanced detections, K is fast, but there is some malware that it does not detect wich Norton do due to the sonar ability. The weakness of Norton is spywares such as trojans and rogues. Anyway, this is a test to determine if it can protect Windows against a lot of treats, if someone is bright enough to install an anti-virus, he will know that going on random websites is dangerous.

  • I downloaded a few things to my computer and now it is infected and I a run a full system scan and it comes out with no viruses found. But it still wont let me go to any page in the internet except it tells me to download Antivirus Scan (this is the only page it will let me view to buy it). I cant even view videos anymore. Can someone help me?

  • for getting norton would you recomend getting it the way you did? for the 360 ver??

  • I have a lot of family who gets Anit-virus 2010 rogue. Is there anything that stops this?

  • @PRODUCTIONSbyBP no they do right that getting norton cuz it's best

  • hey does norton slow down online gaming? like mw2 and battlefield bad company 2?

  • @mrizos I am thinking about buying norton internet security 2010 but the 2011 one is coming out soon. Will the 2009 one still work?

  • @seanymo the 2011 is already out. the 2009 will work, but it's technologies will not give you that good protection and 2011 is lighter than 2009

  • @ballader1 thanks for your help, ordered the 2010

  • @seanymo oh, ok, you can upgrade 2010 to 2011 for free if you want

  • @ballader1 really? how wud you do tht?

  • @seanymo go to download . com (without spaces) download norton internet security 2011 trial and install it while you have norton 2010 installed.

NOTE: Make sure you keep your license written down in case the automatic thingy doesn't work and you have to type it :P

  • norton is not a bad av but it is really slow compared to other

  • i think that kaspersky is better than norton. norton takes to long

  • @zerstreut1996 I agree with you

  • @zerstreut1996

im tired of hearing kasperesky on every antivirus video

  • @zerstreut1996 ...takes too long?

  • @zerstreut1996 ye but kaspersky doesn't blocks attacks so norton is best than kaspersky

  • @zerstreut1996 yea but with norton it gets the job done;)

  • @zerstreut1996 but it has best dettection than kaspersky so norton is best than kaspersky

  • @thepredatorwinner this review is old!!

now kaspersky has a much better detection

  • @zerstreut1996 man now nis 2011 is best than kaspersky dettections didn't saw rations?1.ESET 2.Norton 3.Sophos 4.Kaspersky so don't know eh?kaspersky is good dettection little diffucult to use it and to install it...Nis 2011 have best install, dettection, use than kaspersky

  • @thepredatorwinner i you want to use nis than use it. i use kaspersky, i had never problems with kaspersky.

    but norten isnt bad, too

  • @zerstreut1996 i know they are both best...but kaspersky ahh...it's not very good protection for me...the dettection are little good but norton have the better dettection and shows me what virus it found..instead the kaspersky showing big letters and the other

  • @zerstreut1996 if kaspersky run fast the scan so it can missing much viruses...norton takes to long cuz it finding the most viruses...so norton is better than kaspersky

  • what antivirus you use?

  • would you recommend Norton 2010?

  • I like the SONAR protection of norton, but i would also say this, every anti virus finds hard to remove rogue anti viruses. Even kis or avira or anything else finds it hard.

  • @mjathu with kis it wouln't allow installing it. tryed it.

  • HOW THE HECK DO U STOP IT FROM WORKING ITS MAKING ME NOT DOWNLOAD IT SO HOW THE HECK DO I DELETE IT

  • @attaboy527 hmmm if u have windows vista do this

Control Panel > Programs (or below Uninstall Programs) and found norton and delete it

  • Full working and free norton 2010 + key

    visit /watch?v=KVtFHcgO-9Q

    or visit my channel

  • ol my expired and i cant wacth any youtube videos -_-

  • Guys, I have a few questions.

I have recently just purchesed a new laptop. With this I got Norton 2010. in the time I have had my laptop I have downloaded a few things... And in these 'things' have been some virus's, spyware, trojans etc. Nortan detected them after the full scan and put them into 'quarantine'? What does this mean? I know that they have been isolated etc. But is there anychance they have already infected my compute/hardrive? Please help thanks x

  • @ScribbleOnMyFace The "Quarantine" is a virus-containing feature that allows you to recognize your files (eg. photos, documents) that you know that can't be infected and that the antivirus has recognized them as a so called "false-positive". To answer to your question, the viruses (the true ones) did infect your computer, but norton cured it, so what you should understand from all this virus-cocktail is... that your computer is no longer infected.

  • I got keygen on my channel!! quick download go quick

  • IM SAD!!!!!! >:O

Damn when I install it doesnt do anything next -_-

  • To every person complaining about norton, not every antivirus is perfect. You also have to play a part in keeping your pc safe by visiting safe websites and downloading known and safe files and programs.

  • @masterbrice Eset and Norton are prefer antivirus

  • FAiLED TO COMPLETE . why is that ?????

  • Norton failed on me when a virus deleted my hard drive byte by byte. Norton sat around and said "Hmm 300GB is scheduled to be deleted by a program that is not in my trusted database, but oh well..."

  • Comment removed

  • WTF? 21:03

  • ty?????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • u should try Norton 2010 internet security on MAXED settings !!

  • I have Norton Security Suite v4.0 (basically Norton 360, but by Comcast). NORTON ROCKS!!!!! Back then, Comcast made you get McAfee, which sucked! But now i have norton yay!

  • guys...how can i video my screen...???

    thnx...

  • @MrTerekas

    try using FRAPS

  • @bowchicawowwowww No fraps only records games....

  • @MrTerekas USE CAMTASIA....IT'S THE BEST IN SCREEN ACTIVITIES DECORDINGS

  • how does he record the screen without a camera

  • because of the last threat that you tested now I am doubting whether I should buy this one or what.... Kaspersky sounds good but my computer it a pentium 4 with 2 gb of ram and 32 gb of disk space, for which there are 16 gbs of free space.. so I dont know, I am afraid that it will slow the computer down,

  • i this hit really 44min wdf!

  • Yesterday, I needed to buy a new internet protection program. I watched this review of Norton Internet Security, but thought it was too expensive. So I went to buycheapsoftware com, and got Norton for Cheap!

  • This is great video I found it help especially the settings section on early load it has made a difference thank you for the review

  • I hate Norton Its Sucks Kaspersky has more Trusting

  • @l7786 Kaspersky causes many people's pcs to slow down severely while browsing the internet. and on mine it made it slow even while nothing else was running. I wouldn't let kaspersky even sniff my computer after that disaster a couple months ago. NIS however is extremely ligh, detections rates are every bit as good as KIS and I can actually use my PC.

  • wow this so need to be on the do not let in on your compture at norton very very very bad to see this cuss that quram part look realy cool do you know how meny times i just sated around on my hard driver just waiting waiting wating for my scanner to get to the bad files so thats cool that itt excload good files just to get to the bad ones

  • For all the people saying Norton is this and that and that were dumb to have to pay for it all i have to say is. Good for you, you know how to be a computer geek (defenitly not a bad thing I wish I was one). For the rest of us regular folks we need someone to help us keep our computer safe. 40 to 80 dollars a year is worth it to keep my laptop safe. Sorry if you dont agree but thats how i feel. :3

  • @kikyouwuv I agree, and people who arent computer savvy like having security from a name they can trust like Norton/McAfee etc

  • @kikyouwuv actually im a 3D Designer and i use Norton and i highly recommend it.... in other words i agree w/ you

  • norton internet security activation key plzzzzzzzzzzzzz =)

  • NIS 2010 is extremely fast. I had NIS 2009. Once I installed NIS 2010, my computer booted up very quickly like a brand new PC. NIS 2010 is not heavy and if you say it slows down your PC, then you don't know what you're doing. NIS 2010 is probably one of the most efficient and lightest programs for its size. My laptop is now FASTER! If you had major viruses on your computer, sometimes no antivirus program can help (try reinstalling Windows). With Norton, I have NEVER had a virus on my computer.

  • Norton is so fucking shit, anyone that uses it is an idiot...

  • @Larmour How is it shit? I had no idea having one of the largest databases and highest rankings made it shit.

  • @andrei644 Obviously you've been taken in by their brilliant marketing schemes, and you have no evidence to back up any of your claims. Enjoy paying for your garbage.

  • @Larmour When did I say I was buying anything? It doesn't take a genius to understand that a company that makes a lot of money will have the resources to back up its product and strengthen it's base.

  • @andrei644 Quite true, except for the fact that other anti-viruses are much better, whether they cost or not.

The only one off the top of my head that's got a worse detection rate is McAfee.

  • @Larmour Also, I use AVG Free.

  • @andrei644 Well done, it sucks too lol...

  • @Larmour So tell me, why does it suck and what do you suggest?

  • @andrei644 Well, use something with a better detection rate... Avira, MSE, anything good lol

But just to clarify, an anti-virus alone isn't enough nowadays... look into more security if your computer is regularly compromised

  • @Larmour A full security suit? What do you suggest I use. I've currently got Malwarebyte and AVG Free.

    NOD 32?

  • @andrei644 Screw suites... unneeded if you know what you're doing. Malwarebytes, Avira and/or Sandboxing/HIPS

  • @Larmour I've got Malwarebytes already, I guess I'll check out Avira. Thanks.

  • @andrei644 use norton

  • does it remove viruses and stuff like that?

  • So what security program do you recommedn mrizos?

  • so does norton prevent viruses so can i delete mcafee and get

    norton 2010?????

  • @DavoneTheDon Yes.

  • norton is the best anti-virus ever

  • long ass video!

  • lol 43min

  • ur computer is way too slow:/

  • NORTON INTERNET SECURITY 2010 needs a sandbox, til then I will combine it with sandboxie :-) btw I don't trust Comodo...

  • lol they also say that norton is dangerous for ram it eats ur computer away and kills your cpu badly

  • @reece198 That happened over 900 years ago, although Norton is shit, it doesn't do that anymore.

    Waste of time though...

  • Wow not good. testing just 10 programs and one manages to get through. that is unacceptable. Norton sucks

  • Norton Security, You are my guadian angels, your my guardian angels, thank you for constantly protecting my baby (HP Laptop). Norton, you are the Jedi of the world wide web ;)

  • whats the yellow dot around your pointer

  • Great review man 5*

  • Awesome vid!

  • norton internet security 2010 or kaspersky internet security 2010 which is better? want to know before i buy either one. Im running windows 7.

  • it slowed my computer down when it starts up it loads like shit now

  • @energysaving98 do you haave like 256mb of ram?

  • uninstall it or just get more RAM,

    it should go smoother

  • who want subs , if yes sub to me i will sub back !, plus if you sub to me and become my friend you can send me a persnal mesage if you want any software for free, i will try my best to get it if i could net i will send you a message i can not find, and if i find i will give you the link to download !

  • agreed, you should see if Early Load is turned on, if it is, turn it off, having it on freezes my computer, and i have 3GB ram, and a quad core processor.

  • really great software. thanks for the review!

  • ok..whats better ..between norton 2010 and norton 2010 internet security

  • how is best not 32 or norton? tell me please

  • @hahaha10001

I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure that it will scan "known good files" if it detects changes.

For example, if your video driver was previously flaged as not being needed to be scanned again, but you updated the driver, NIS would rescan that file.

How does it know? Probably through a checksum.

Anyway, just my quesses. Could be wrong.

  • Seems like Kaspersky's application control is much better than Norton's :/.

  • but what if the virus hit the known good files?

  • @mrizos....

Wondering where you get that list and if their's more.

OK, maybe we don't need to go there.

But, will you produce a vid exclusively on more malware intrusions with the safety of your VMware.

    That would be awesome!!!!

  • I have Norton 360 v4.0 which is basically Internet security 2010 and a PC tuner! :)

  • @masterbrice Actually it is Internet Security 2011 + PC Tuneup + BackUp

  • @ihobbitpk No. Norton sucks... I told you it finds viruses that don't exist...

  • I have 8GB RAM and Quad Core CPU! But Norton remains heavy for my PC... ESET is very light and a good Antivirus... Norton slows down all the games, it finds many viruses that don't exist and also it asks many times to let a program proceed... Once, Norton found 119 vruses at my PC! I didn't delete any vius and then I installed Avast 5 which found only 5 viruses! Norton at about 3 of 5 programs finds viruses...

  • @mitsostsagka The 2010 is very very light I promise. despite its reputation. And detection rates are excellent. (few false positives though)

  • is it free

  • Comment removed

  • @MegaGoon13 Oh, sorry, there is a Free version of Norton called something like Scan, I don't remember well... Google it!

  • BEWARE! I clicked on the FREE 30-day trial offer and instead of downloading the NIS file a worm infected my entire PC! No internet capability, AOL ran wild - couldn't delete it. BAD STUFF.

  • Norton is a very heavy and very annoying Antivirus... I like better Avast 5 and ESET... Now I use ESET NOD32!

  • at 2:00 min.

you click at "agree & insall"

when I click at this button... nothing happens...

    could you tell me why?

  • @Demircan1991 some times the program installer is bad u need to redownload the installer

  • whats the difference between internet security and anti-virus?

  • Internet security has anti-virus, anti spy ware, phishing, download etc while anti-virus only have the normal things like anti-virus (lol) and anti-spy ware. So Internet security is better but ore expensive.

  • Simple. The difference between internet security and anti-virus is that internet security includes many more components or parts that protect your computer even more. Anti-Virus is just one component. Internet security has many different ones like link scanner which makes sure the website you are entering isn't a threat to you or your computer. Internet Security includes Anti-Virus. In the end I'd recommend everyone to get Internet Security better protection equals long life for your computer!

  • windows xp dude you need to be updated TO WINDOWS7

  • you like buckethead?

  • dude i am buckethead!

  • @buckethead200

    My motherboard is 2y old.

No 7 drivers so far. May be the case with many others too.

  • @oh well window 7 is the shit ,i think there is 7 drivers

  • It is a test computer... for virus tests... so buying a new OS is a waste of money...

  • Best review

feels like having somebody in the room

i joust left you talking in the background

and it joust felt so empty when you stopped

    ::):)):):):)

  • What's really great about 2010 is that it installs without you needing to keep on clicking next, then next again, did I mention next? Watch my video on how to get it FOREVER!

  • how do you get that circle on ur mouse thingy and when u click the red circles come out could u tell me how to get it?

  • He has Camtasia studio 6 i think it has the mouse circle and the other click stuff built in

  • In this review u can't see "untrust" button. Because it's already user untrusted.

But yes, nis it's unable to block. In this front kis has better protection against unsafe/unwanted application.

  • i never have been Norton fan, but really think that NIS 2010 it's good product.

I tried many 2010 secure software, as Kaspersky, G-Data, Avast 5(beta), BitDefender.

    But i choose NIS.

First of all it's simple fast. Fast installation, fast scan, and very low impact on system. (only 23 mb during scan, and multi processors support)

And not at last,it's has a great protection due to Insight(that give a lot of information to the user) and Sonar 2 tecnology.

  • why it just 30 day trial

  • Just dropped Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 after it started to freeze up some of my PCs after having worked properly a couple of days.

Now I am going to test Norton 2010 further. Unfortunately it already failed on my laptop as after a hibernate it did not want to start up anymore and I had to uninstall it. This bug has been already reported in very old versions of Norton. Not good for an anti-virus which needs to be extremely stable :(

  • Actualy i dont care!So screw you!Im content!Solve you own solution.........Why im talking bullshit anyway....LOL....Who gives a shit about my statement?.............LISTEN UP ! NOTHINGS FOR FREE ANYWAY!..........

  • ................

  • With avg i dont feel secure. But thanks to the developers of it.They give you a antivirus for free. That is nice but nothing comp
