I don't have the time to find the links right now, but this is also incorrect...I've read about some studies that have shown that Wal-Mart does not stimulate the economy or create a net increase in jobs; it merely takes jobs from the competitors it steamrolls and puts out of business (and then pays those same workers less).

A true free market really is a great thing, but Wal-Mart is a terrible example.

Where I am not against Ron Paul, there is a differance between sharing and discussing similar philosophical mviews as someone like Martin Luther King and actually acting on them. Ron talks a good game, but when push comes to shove where does he really stand? I hear very little from him about the injustices of inner city youths, the educational system of the country (especially down south where they lag behind the north), top notch prisons and secondary schools, increasing energy bills . . . .

He wants to end the Federal Department of Education, which is destroying public schools by 1.) centrally managing curriculum at the federal level when state/local boards know best what their students need, and 2.) taxing people nationwide for education (their state should just make up the difference) and then holding those funds hostage to special interests (i.e. states have to enforce the war on drugs (AN INJUSTICE) to get funds, etc.).
