I know this is an older video but I just wanted to comment on the symbols for the Alias phone.

A lot of the buttons have symbols above them, all you have to do is hold the button with whatever symbol you want for more than a second and it will automatically be imputed and go back to letters. I think this is a really handy feature that I don't think you knew about =)

they've stopped selling the enV. i wanted the orange enV (cause orange is my favorite color) and my friends like "dude, you better hurry! they stop selling them soon!" and this was back in summer. so i got the enV2 and in some parts the enV is better but the enV2 is still a great phone.

On the bottom of the phone? That's just for the charger -- you can remove it. A lil piece of rummber. Or do you mean the swivel to protect the lens..?

Well if you buy one from the verizon store you have 30 days to decide if you want to keep it or not. You can bring it back with the original box and receipt (you cannot have sent away for a rebate) and they should swap it for a different model without any problems!
