The Rockefeller Drug Law effect is to give elected officials from 35 years ago, many of them dead, more power over todays narcotics cases than the judges who currently sit on the bench and hear all the evidence presented.

Thanks, Anthony. I'm sorry to hear you're a victim of Prohibition. I know Prohibition's roots are wound 'round the spectre of anti-Black, anti-Asian, and anti-Mexican racism. The NAACP needs to grow some balls and start talking about this, too.
