  • personally id say that you would achieve more progress through doing one or two body parts per day and doing negative reps on every set, looks like your lower biceps need to develop more and maybe you should show the progress of your legs as well seeing as you have been doing 3 full body workouts.

  • @DingleB3 do you honestly know how hard it is to gain 2lbs of muscle a month... ur first year u should gain at most 25lbs, with picture perfect diet and lifting technique, second year is only like 8 to 11 lbs.

  • @cupidsss cardio 30-45 mins 3 times a week. core strengthening and upper body work 5 days a week. legs 3 days. thats what i do now. and it trims you up nice. lol

    Also, I think you would have bigger gains if you used a better protein shake. You probably want more calories and protein after you workout than what you are getting now.

  • @Trevormac7 Man honestly all these people keep giving you these 'you-could-have-done-better' BS don't really know how much effort you really put into working out...I think your gains are solid and consistent...I've been transforming for 8 months now and am getting into an amazing shape...I agree total body workouts are a way to go...

  • @cooldudezain I was 235lbs tho and cut 18lbs of fat since and put on a good amount of muscle so i guess we're diff that way since I do atleast 30 mins of cardio beside working one/two muscle group per day on a 5 day schedule

  • @91lilfrozone23 why one muscle per week? I think you mean one muscle group per day and a week of workout gets your whole body worked out..right? In any case I workout with a now-massive guy that has the same situation and basically eats 6 protein-rich meals a day...for hard gainers i think going extreme on eating healthy aint bad....post and pre workout whey supplements speed up gains too...
