after i restore i save it to my computer but then its not my picture just a picture of clouds and it when i try to play like a slideshow of it it says its the wrong file type but i know its not. what do i do

mine says do u want to scan vacant clusters..and then i click yes..and then it starts scanning but it stops after like 3 secons or sumthing..do u knoe could be wrong.?

My computer tells me there's an error and won't let me scan.. It'll let me scan all the other drives except mt memory card.

I lost my nds & sav files for my R4i, how can I recover it? I recheck it to see if my files are still there in the computer and it's empty, all the files are gone but it's read as full disk, why? will this work? I need help, if somebody can.

I tried this with a video (AVI) file and it did restore the file, but I could not get it to play. The file was corrupted, and NO, I did not write over the file, it was the last file I had put on the SD card. Any suggestions? Doc

I have a problem
When I try to open the Restoration program after downloading it. It says:
"Zip file is damaged, truncated, or has been changed since it was created. If you downloaded this file, try downloading again."
