Although this worked for you, I think you might have had better communication with your dog had you not lured the dog, but let the dog offer you the behaviour and then clicked. You seem to be clicking as the dog turns around to face you as well, it would be much more effective had you clicked as you began to step behind your dog as he jumped, and they you toss the treat out away from you instead of having your dog turning to face you for the treat.
