  • 3:13/3:16 Joanne Catherall!!!! *-*

  • OMG...I remember this song and STILL remember all the words! Brings back all good memories! They dont make music like this anymore...CLASSIC!!!

  • @jbecker8082 he look's pretty too! LOL!

  • I never get tired of watching this video!!! I <3 the 80's!!! :-D

  • I have said this many many times, music was so much better back then, women were more beautiful and classy, men were more beatiful too. It just was a better time. women today look like sluts, and the men don't look much better

  • @ jbecker re: girls......and not taking a shower. The 80's were fun, like I'm sure the 70's and the 60's were for those experiencing that time of their lives! :-)

  • which is the woman in this video? LOL

  • the korg poly 800. wonderful lil synth. can you believe they only cost $80 today on ebay.

  • my bag i meant Force Md's love is a House?

  • who came out wit this beat first Ready for the world Love is a House or Human League Human?

  • @marie1w human league!!lol

  • this is one of the most beautiful songs i've ever heard.

  • @reginablablabla no lie, I started to cry when I saw this ( becuz its such a beautiful song )

  • for Mandaloolu--look at the video for Electric Dreams, then tell me 'she's' beautiful. I think his name is Phil something.

  • Women today look and dress like trash. I miss the class of yesteryear

  • 17 dislikes are NOT human!

  • Classic 80's tune.

  • Beautiful people :)

  • @jbecker8082 thats today's pop music for you. Doesn't matter what you're singing about as long as you look trashy and your bass sound does all the work.

  • I agree, this is very human/beautiful. I'm 35 and that's what girls did when I was younger. 2 in one night etc. There's even more of a street walker look now with the younger girls. It's more of an animalistic culture than human.

  • very relaxing son whatever happened to Human League?

  • @Billybobjoeyful

What happened is that they have a NEW album out in about 2 weeks called 'Credo' and have been touring NOT STOP and making music since the 80s to NOW :-)

  • @jbecker8082 ...your point?

  • @jbecker8082 I agree

  • @jbecker8082 And that stranger was Quagmire. Giggity

  • Written by prince

  • @dimpsey3 Really?...I'm a child of the 80's and I knew Prince wrote alot of songs for other people, but did not know he wrote this one...thanks for the info!! :)

  • @warpathHB ...He didn't. Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis were commissioned to work on the "Crash" album, and subsequently wrote 3 songs on the album - this is one of them (they wrote and produced it)

  • @daretosayit This is why I love being able to post comments. Thank you for setting the information straight! I really do appreciate it!

  • @warpathHB ... no problem. You're like me, I love to find out tidbits about music - but I like for them to be pretty accurate. This was a notorious pairing (HL with Jam/Lewis on this album) because of the issues they had in the studio...but the pairing helped to broaden HL's chart success since it also made the top 10 R&B charts.

  • @warpathHB

Prince DID NOT write this track. The Human League wrote it with Jimmy Jam And Terry Lewis!!!

  • @TheNouveauxdecadence Thank you for taking the time to send me the correct answer! Cool channel page!!

  • 17 persons were born 2 make mistakes! Lol

  • @jbecker8082

What's wrong with a long night of sex with a stranger? :-)

  • @jbecker8082

What's wrong with a long night of sex with a stranger? :-)

  • @jmb2nami LOL! Why? It's basically about cheating?

  • @jbecker8082 .....so true.

  • @jbecker8082 That doesn't necessarily means a bad look

  • @jbecker8082 lol lol lol

  • Nice earrings, bro!!!!

  • HUMAN LEAGUE EN CONCERT @ PARIS LE 15 Avril 2011 au TRIANON, j'y serais!

    La dernière fois qu'ils sont venus, c'était il y a 20 ans!

  • @jbecker8082 LOL!!! that is soooo true!! back in those days we were sure that we look always stylish and clean look! I miss those days : (

  • Whoa...I know their "lesser" known music best, so when I heard this it was a sweet surprise. I didn't know this was by The Human League. :p

  • magnifico/rj

  • This was written and produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Who also created most of Janet Jackson's hits as well as the SOS Band, Cherrelle and The Time (from Prince's "Purple Rain" movie.).

  • There's 17 people who aren't human.

  • its a coooll...

  • I am not so sure about what you are saying....probably you met girls like that but some of the today' girls are oldfashioned and still like the 80's style....and have unique weapens to look pretty and sexy!!!

  • I am not so sure about what you are saying....probably you met girls like that but some of the today' girls are oldfashioned and still like the 80's style....and have unique weapens to look pretty and sexy!!!

  • Written by Prince

  • Fuck all this thumbs up shit.

  • yo tambien soy humano way no

  • Thumbs up if you think the Guy is prettier than the girls!!!

  • does anybody know what year this is from?

  • @andrew2882ful This classic first came out between 1987 or 1988. I was in High School back then around 14 or 15 years old but can remember this like yesterday growing up back at home when my parents first got cable tv and when the old BET played r&b videos 24 hours a day.

  • @andrew2882ful This hit #1 in America in November 1986.

  • Great song.

  • de wuevossssssssssssssssssssssss

  • Awesome!

  • the girls are pretty! love the song!

  • Human League...rocked the eighties...songs trigger cool memories of all that was great.

  • wau darill . the sound

  • I SO REGRET NOT BUYING THIS CLASSIC TUNE...

  • 80's best song ,Human

  • Is he wearing make up? WTH

  • it has a R & B feel to it because it was produced by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis who were part of the "the Time" and was part of the the "Prince" entourage during the 1980's

  • @xoxxobob they always pushed out hits no matter who they worked with.

  • @B304A124 We say 'fire" these days

  • This song has a R&B feel to it.

  • @oramikleepunk This tune was arranged by '80s-era super-producers Jimmy "Jam" Harris and Terry Lewis, who were, as u can read above, members of "The Time" featuring Morris Day & part of Prince's musical entourage during the 1980s. Jimmy "Jam" and Terry Lewis collaborated with numerous acts, but are best-known for making a then-ordinary Janet Jackson into a pop superstar, starting with her 1986 monsterously sensational hit album, "Control."

  • good 80's song, but "please forgive me" @ 2:34 is just funny...sort of sounds like glenn danzig doing elvis

  • Straight up emotion-chilling music, gotta love the 80s

  • Does ANYBODY still shop at Kmart? Didn't think so...

  • @vadennotbaden Right here!

  • one of my favourite songs, good lyrics, beautiful harmony.

  • great song! my ex told me to listen to it and I love it!

  • Could do without the 'No on 23' ad.

Global warming is a myth. Trying to regulate it will only result in higher taxes, more unemployment, and more businesses fleeing the state. California has enough problems. We're fourth in the nation in taxes; we're in the top five when it comes to unemployment; and we're the worst when it comes to a 'friendly' business environment.

And what to we do in response?

We vote 'No' on an initiative that might help us economically.

    Brilliant.

  • This is one of the best songs of the 80s. If you listen to the lyrics, it kinda makes me sad...but the song is so very honest: "im only human...born to make mistakes" that line is so powerful!!

  • Great song.

  • The 80's were great. I was single in my thirties,Music was wonderful!

  • 80s was the best of music

  • androg

  • hella androg

  • Gayest video. Seriously wack. Best song though.

  • he looks like a young nicholas cage :P

  • this one by Human League has Always been one of my Most Favorite songs of theirs. :) thanks for posting this video. :) Long Live the 80's! so glad I grew up when there was actually Good music worth listening to. :) :)

  • Clearly the best of the three Human League songs I remember.

  • I think the lady with the dark hair is very beautiful. thumbs up for the dark haired lady!

  • @mandaloolu And the blonds too!!!!

  • @mandaloolu DONT HATE,THATS A DUDE N U KNOW IT ,I GUESS YUR QUEER,LOL.

  • @mandaloolu her name is Joanne im 37 and i loved HL as a kid...i thought she was beautiful too..very dramatic doe like eyes...its kinda cool to see girls are getting back into smokey eye shadow now a days..but yeah she was and still is beautiful

  • @mandaloolu I totally agree with you.

  • Love me some 80's. Big hair. Big earrings.

  • she looks like Bridget Nelson back in the 80's

  • This great song brings back sweet memories. I miss the 80's ! ! !

  • I so love this video and Human League!!

  • That's why I love the 80's and Susan (the blond) is so hot in that video!!!

  • Ahh, fall '86... great memories. This song, and Janet Jackson's "When I Think of You" dominated the airwaves in NYC back then. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis were on a roll at the board! I think this still holds up.

  • baldroguy doesn’t know jack shit when it comes to good music!

Obviously you looked up this song for a reason?!! Dick :)

  • que j aime cette musique les annees 80 il n y a rien de mieux vu la musique de maintenant plus rien de bon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what bad with 80's too much chorus repetition

  • @baldroguy I can't even comment on your comment because it's so stupid

  • @skypilot722 you already did stupid!!!!

  • Oi sandrinhovideos!

Bons tempos!!!! Mais ou menos em 1985-1986, eu acho. Eu tinha meus 15 anos!!!

  • @Marcelito412 Eu tinha 6 kkkkkk

  • For a band that made its way through the new wave scene, they really showed their soul in this piece of work. Their best by far.

  • it is amazing song ,it 'll always be.!

  • The great Bone thugs of harmony sample this song in "Thug Music Plays On" which is great song as well but the original is the essence of all!

  • Another great music! This speak to the quality of Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, as well as The Human League. Excellent song! Beautiful but yet disturbing. The lyrics the song is the meaning of betrayal, a man who cannot control his desire but yet he can make it forgiveable because of the great melody and delivery! Music is great art!

  • This song, to me, is about second chances.

  • one of the best songs of the 80s :)

  • Although I was a metalhead during the 80s, I was very much attracted to the brunette in this group along with Patty Smythe from SCANDAL. ;0)

  • @ susenz - i know me too. I didn't truly appreciate it until the 90's when there was the 80's music revival at a couple clubs i frequented. Ever since then i just can't get enough! Plus the music from today just doen't EVEN compare. Long live 80's music!!!!!

  • That blonde is too hot

  • good song

  • Superb song and video.

I miss the Eighties, especially from what I've seen so far of the 21st Century. :-(

  • I love 80's music, probably more than when I was living in the 80's!

  • Comment removed

  • @suzenz Me too.

  • that's because you realize how great music was back then. Specially, when you listen to the garbage out in the radio today.

    Forever 80s!

  • The music power of the 80's!!! The last decade of the true music.

  • @timmhg

    Yes youre so right , I totally agree with you;

and in the ninethies slowly the inspiration was all floading away!!

  • @corapetie, hello. I can remember the afternoon when I listen "Human" the very first time. I was studying for a very hard issue about Electromagnetism (University) and suddenly this song began, for the very first seconds I knew that it was a new and nice song. Yes!. The radio disc jockey said: "this is a nice song!", and I was agree, but I added: "and this will be a top hit".

  • @timmhg Hello to you to, wel i remember the verry first time i heard this song,,it was playing on the radio to, and i was shocked, about the beauty of the beat and the quality

of the group performence (voice), and when i'm in the right mood, and listen to this song

it still gives me the goosebumps!

  • Love the song, love the video and the two in it.

  • I LOVE this song!!! Sweet!

  • 80's songs make me so beautifull inside myself.

It was nice times back then....i would swap anytime

  • I think i love this song more now!!!!!!!!!! then i did in the 80s

  • What were people in the 80's thinkin when they picked out their clothes

  • @outofgrac3 "What shall I wear today?"...?

  • The women have their tits and asses covered up....what were they thinking?

  • @outofgrac3 The same thing that young people today are thinking ("thinking'? are they really?) when THEY buy the stuff they wear now: 'Man, this shit is fly!!!"

"Fly" being an '80s term for fantastic, cool, etc. I don't know WHAT kids are saying today! As someone that finished high school in 1980, I can certainly relate to the Human League's fashion sense.Their duds were straight WICKED 25-30 years ago! Believe it!!!

  • one of the best sound production from flyte tyme.

great work of jimmy jam & terry lewis!!

  • This video is just a large scene of the antagonists from an episode of Sailor Moon.

  • and Ian is totally handsome

  • Susan is so pretty :)

  • Awesome song, thanks heaps to poster

  • Absolutely beautiful song! From the great 80s...

  • Today's music is crap compared to what it used to be in 70s and 80s. I love this song so much, so relaxing :D

  • OMG, this was the jam!! Glad I grew up with this music!!!!!

  • friday night videos on TBS....WHAT MEMORIES THIS BRINGS BACK!

  • @bearroller9640 AH! lol I wishI had those memories!!!

  • I just heard this song at the supermarket. I think it's a nice song, considering music is pretty shitty nowadays. like can that Gaga or Rihanna look any more like a whore?

  • @musicfanyep agreed just listening the musicfrom the 80's brings back good memories when i was a teen

  • Comment removed

  • this is my ultimate fav slow song from the 80's....i love the break down.........."the tears i cried arent tears of pain.......theyre only to hide my guilt and shame....i forgive u, i ask the same of u.....while we were apart, i was human too!" she broke it down to that foo lol i love the break down

  • AAAHHHH...25 years ago. The memories.

  • This video is still sexy ....by any standards.... today or yesterday!!

  • take me back to the 80s where hoodies didnt excist and things were easier and cheaper ahahah

  • @matguk- Ya I can't wear a hoodie without being stared down at a cop or a loser

  • no words to say....

  • All constant rap and hip hop techno repetitive bullshit is... shit. I listen to 60. 70. 80 hits and bands.

A metal band said, can't remember it's name ''Y'all want a single (these times) say fuck that!

  • @Dimentinalslingshot- Techno, rap & hip hop are terrible TODAY and anywhere after 2000 but the 90's were good. Im not and never was a huge fan of rap or hip hop but omg the early stuff was great! The early 90's was a really fun time for techno & hip hop. It was fun with less ego to it. Im all about the 80's but I definitely crank some Naughty By Nature, Boys 2 Men, Mariah Carey, Ace of Base, Black Box, Cece Peniston, Snap!, Tom Cochran, Michael Bolton, TLC, SWV, Seal, Toni Braxton, Janet....

  • @weirdscience85 yeah because god FORBID those 'negroes' have a big ego!!

  • they don't make music like this anymore. It's takes me back to t time when life was simple and yet full of teenage angst!

  • This song as well as other songs during this time sure does bring back memories. I miss those days.

  • Ahhh...Wheres my Porsche Design sunglasses and my cocaine??

  • dude there are so many cool songs in the 80s . very cool

  • those earrings are NUTS

  • Grrr commercials before videos are an abomination!

  • you know that some 80's stuff are shite...however, there is quality here. I have played this for 20 plus years and it never does owt else but make me sing :)

  • Is it just me or is the blond lady HOT! Seductive with the way she sings. Anybody with me? Thumbs up!

  • @govia21 If you wanna "meet" her, I'm afraid you've gotta get into a time machine and dial back 25 years...

  • @MrAlexTheGreat1961

Wouldn't that be something. I'm gonna build one and send YOU a postcard my friend LOL!

  • @govia21 Definitely a ten..and another great song from the 80s finds its way back into my heart and life..man I miss those days and the times spent with friends and lovers in smoky backseats and on moonlit beaches...

  • @tyme4mike

Alright so are we all agreed? Let's vote for the government working on a time machine with our tax money. Thumbs up everyone!

  • Anyone remember this was produced by Janet Jackson's producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis? They were in the group The Tyme. I loved a lot of the songs they produced in the 80's. Like many others, I listen to a lot of 80's songs...Soundtrack to my childhood!

  • I miss music like this.

  • man i forgot bout this song!! awsome love the 80's!!!
