  • It works my mom had the book when it came out and she followed it, she looked great

  • It's like a Scientology seminar.

  • Roids work miracles. Even for these guys don't hate because they were fat and if thats what it takes to get to the point where your happy with yourself. Then go for it, do whatever it takes to makes you happy. As long as they aren't hurting anybody. What do I care

  • megan looks so unsexy !!!!!

  • these two are so false!

  • THIS COUPLE IS AMAZING!! GOD BLESS THEM!

  • straight to the body shop to get that paint work sorted while burning that jacket and ring. i would have kept that 10k, nooooo problem. bill philips can give stuff away as he is a multi millionaire and its all tax deductible . oooh yeah

  • 1:20-1:35 gayest thing I've ever seen.

  • @superherobyday agreed

  • Physically impossible transformation, even with steroids.

  • @Cybrus07, The only way you can disprove that these transformations are possible is to get off your ass & quit whining about how its not possible. Get Body for Life at your local library for NOTHING. No one wants you to buy a damn thing. The only thing between you & looking like this is air & opportunity. You are cheating yourself. Your scared of failing so you don't try. You sought out this video wanting to be inspired & then dismissed their success out of jealousy & ignorance. Just do it.

  • @tmomof6 I've been body building for the last four years and have a physique which I'm extremely content with, so I don't know why you're telling me to get in shape when I almost definitely look considerably better than you do. I sought out this video purely because I'm intrigued by the capabilities of the human body and I can tell you now that what is displayed in this video is BIOLOGICALLY impossible.

    contd.

  • @tmomof6 Pt. 2 - 20% body fat to below 10%, as well as significantly increased muscle mass, all within 12 weeks? You're a fucking moron if you seriously believe that's possible. Anyone who actually trains knows that what is suggested in this video is beyond the capabilities of the human body. If you're so confident, why don't you get off your fat ass and prove to me that it can happen? I'll warn you now though: you'll struggle. Because results like that take years, not a couple of months.

  • @Cybrus07, if you had read his book at all or even perused his FREE website you would see he's only promoting common sense. you can't reach a level 10 output without struggle, his method simply says to constantly increase your challenge level. I train. I sweat. I improve. The guy only lost 34 pounds in 3 months, how is that impossible? Your a dumbass. & I'm a moron whose doing the same thing & you'll probably say its drugs or lipo cause you hate when people succeed.

  • @tmomof6 Pt. 1 - Wow, I can only laugh at your staggering lack of knowledge. Please - for your own sake - allow me to enlighten you on the subject, because you're only setting yourself up for disappointment. Pay attention: building muscle and reducing body fat require two entirely different approaches - one necessitates a calorie surplus and the other necessitates a calorie deficit. In this instance, that would realistically equate to six weeks of bulking and six weeks of cutting.

  • @tmomof6 Pt. 2 Now, are you seriously telling me that it's possible to go from being obese to having extremely ripped abs (below 5% in those pictures) after six weeks of determined cutting? Are you seriously telling me that it's possible to build quads like that after a measley six weeks of determined muscle building? If you honestly believe that either of those things are achievable in such a short period of time, I genuinely feel sorry for you.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.3 - That is truly naivity of towering, awful proportions and you will be left sorely disappointed when, after 12 weeks, you (inevitably) fail to achieve goals anything close to what is alleged in this video. I don't say this out of jealousy or for the thrill of being some internet douchebag - I say this because I happen to be very well educated in this area and it's slightly infuriating to listen to people like you who fall for the hyperbole of these companies.

  • @tmomof6 Pt. 4 - Sorry to break it to you pal, but there are no quick fixes when it comes to gaining the physique of a bodybuilder. You won't get an 8-pack in 12 weeks. Getting in great shape is a LONG TERM investment of time and energy and you better be prepared for that if you want to be successful.

  • @Cybrus07, my waistline contradicts you. NO ONE said it didn't take dedication, except you. Thank you, YOU FUCKING RETARD, a mother of 6 isn't your PAL. & you just proved my point: you didn't read his book, any of it. He covers realistic goals, time lines, & rational workouts. Hell thats covered in most of these vids that you obviously aren't watching. Losing 34lbs in 12 weeks is not going from obese to ripped. Its less than 3 lbs A WEEK!!! OOO no one can loose three lbs a week?! looser.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.1 Either your comprehension skills are severely lacking or you're mentally handicapped. Oh wait... you're a woman? At last, your idiocy is finally explained! Listen: 99% of women don't have A CLUE about what it takes for a man to get a ripped, muscular physique. You don't appreciate the fact that cutting weight and building mass require two different approaches which are diametrically opposed. Why? Because 99% of women have ZERO experience with building muscle.

  • @Cybrus07, I wasn't going to post again but I have one more thing to say to you. If you spent one quarter of the time you have spent on here in the gym you MIGHT have some room to talk. Know why I haven't posted here in so long? Been working out, try it, chicken shit. I dont buy anything from Bill's company. I got the book at a library. It shows you how to schedule workout plans. You, faggot, are stupid for bashing something you haven't even read. Are the 'roids making you angry?

  • @tmomof6 Pt.2 Believe a MAN who has been doing this for a long time: making a transformation like that in a matter of a few months is biologically impossible. Anybody who actually trains, or has any understanding of the capabilities of the human body, will agree with me entirely on that. Another thing: I'M NOT BASHING HIS BOOK YOU STUPID SLUT. Stop telling me about it, because I really don't give a fuck about any of the shit he's written.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.3 I'm talking about THIS VIDEO which gives out BLATANTLY false information. They directly say - and show pictures to "justify" their lies - that this dude went from obese to having a body builder physique in 12 weeks. That is what I've been disputing this whole time. A transformation like that is physically impossible in such a short amount of time (for the reasons I explained in my last post), and anyone who believes it is a fucking idiot.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.4 I'd say you fall into that category of "fucking idiot"... but then you are a woman, after all. Finally, you have six kids? Wow, get off your back, you fucking hooker. I know you've got mortgage but you really don't need to whore yourself out like that.

  • @Cybrus07, ... I was a bouncer for 7 years. My husband & work out partner is an Environmental Science teacher. I respect myself & others. My oldest is in college for forensic science. My twins are ripped & in marching band. I have three children in honor roll & my four year old can read. I feel very sorry for you & your mother. I have to go work out now, you should do the same. 34 lbs in 12 weeks is loosing 3lbs a wk & muscle development is simultaneous, naturally. Roid rage much?

  • @tmomof6 Pt.1 Wrong again! Muscle development is not simultaneous, because during the period of time when you're cutting fat, you're in a calorie DEFICIT (burning more calories than you consume). You cannot gain muscle whilst in a calorie deficit - in fact, to effectively gain muscle a man needs to be eating more than 3000 calories a day. Get that into your thick skull, you dumb, belligerent woman.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.2 Congratulations on having two kids in a marching band and a child who can read. Awesome! I've never heard anything like it! You must feel like such an accomplished parent! But seriously, just try to keep yourself on a leash and don't get knocked up again. Oh, and a female bouncer? Damn, you must be ugly as sin. No wonder why you're trying to improve your body... just don't be so naive and get sucked in by the blatant lies of the fitness industry next time.

  • @Cybrus07, so your entire argument to me, what I am & this video is: "nuh-uh, lies." Ignoring facts, substituting juvenile insults for logic & refusal to do research on your arch nemesis (someone who is actually benefiting the world with FREE education) makes you what? Superior? Right? I have no reason to justify who I am. Bill NEVER suggested a calorie deficient diet you are just making things up to appear correct. What are you ACCOMPLISHING here? Rudeness debunks truth? Bodyforlife com = free

  • @tmomof6 Pt.1 In the process of being rude I actually produced a coherent, truthful argument. You, on the other hand, were rude and spouted some deluded jibber jabber about a book which (a) I don't care about and (b) I wasn't even commenting on. Now, first and foremost, you are the one deciding to blatantly overlook facts. Your ignorance is actually bleakly amusing to me; I suppose Youtube really is an environment where ill-informed morons thrive.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.2 I'm doing my best to educate you here, but there's only so much someone can do for a stubborn, stupid woman. Let me make this as simple as possible for you: I haven't "made anything up" and I'll let the wonders of Google prove it to you. Go on Google now and do two different searches: one for "calorie deficit weight loss" and one for "calorie surplus muscle gain".

  • @tmomof6 Pt.3 You'll be greeted with hundreds of thousands of results; I invite you to have a read through the first page of links for each search in order to educate yourself on what each of these terms actually means. Because your current knowledge is, to be perfectly honest, staggeringly awful to the extent that it's funny. Seriously, you're a fucking woman! You know FUCK ALL about what is required to build muscle, so keep your laughable, unsubstantiated opinions to yourself in future.

  • @tmomof6 Pt.4 By the way, BodyForLife is free, huh? Bullshit is it. There might be some free content on the website but his main agenda here is getting you to buy his book called Body For Life: 12 Weeks to Mental and Physical Strength (which will set you back about £17). That's why the length of time this transformation allegedly took was painfully exaggerated. He's trying to get you to part with your cash by impressing you with lies: it's as simple as that.

  • @tmomof6 Pt. 5 Am I asking you to justify yourself to me? No. Am I trying to prove I'm superior here? No (although apparently I am). Does the fact Bill never mentioned a calore deficit on his meager website mean it doesn't exist? HELL no. All I'm doing is educating you about HOW and WHY what was mentioned in this video is biologically impossible. Hyperbole of the highest order to get you to part with your cash - that's a fact. Whether you choose to accept it or not is your decision.

  • Body for Life is a great program.

  • This is horrible and unreal...

  • Imagine you can regain control over anything in this world you set your mind to.

No matter who you are . You do have the power to change.

When you gain control of your body, you will gain control of your life.

  • Jamie and Megan were my favorite BFL winners. I miss the old BFL when Bill ran it. It was truly inspiring in the way that the contests were first run. A true competitiion that REAL people could engage in. The first few years, 1997 to this year Jamie and Megan won were the best ones.

  • If this doesn't inspire you to your core you must be dead inside! I LOVE these guys!!!

  • @egl2004

You're dead insinde if you dont see how fake this is !!!
