To be honest, the lowest speed I was able to maintain in this video was 28 mph. It's not readily apparent, given the problems of perspective/depth perception that are limitations of the video itself.
There is a problem with this one. At THAT slow speed your control surfaces would not be as effective as they are on the simulated video. At the 11 mph speed even blown at by the prop , they would be useless to control this airplane.
