  • Whats wrong with that guy he cant sit still he looks like hes gotta hard on and he cant stop pokn her with it

  • So then it's a kombucha/mead hybrid?

  • I have seen many of your video's and was wondering if you were 100% raw? Love your shows.

  • i've taken out so many raw foods, they are really harsh on my digestion...

  • stumbled on this video....nice job!

  • How about jaggery?

  • Cntinued from below... If you look at cafe gratitude recipe book, many recipes start at 140 degrees, way too high. Many of those commercial products lack life and vibrancy, including most raw crackers. My home made raw crackers, however are rather fabulous. 108 all the way. I seem to need the vegetable fats. Still big on avocados, chia and walnuts especially. Sesame too, in smaller doses. I use quality olive oil daily... I eat an awful lot of greens. Lots and lots. Salad. Yum! Great video.

  • Hi Kev, Ann Marie,

Finding many of those foods don't work for me either. I make my own dehydrated crackers with sprouted buckwheat and a cultured flax I make plus herbs, spices and veggies and those agree with me. I do find Lydias crackers disagree, and are like a cooked product. Many of the purveyors of "raw" dehydrated foods use higher temperatures on dehydration and maybe drop the temperature later.

  • gourmet high fat raw diet has not worked for me! on 80 10 10 now and feel FANTASTIC!!! more calories more fruit .. very low overt fats .. not even every day ...

  • this is an amazing video ! :)

  • Regarding Chocolate (cacao): check out the documentary The Dark Side Of Chocolate here on Youtube.

  • Hello

Is there something else instead of tamari to use that had a little bit the same taste?

  • @naturefreedomlove I've been using Bragg Liquid Aminos....MUCH lower in sodium and still has that tamari taste. I don't think it's raw though....I guess your level of raw purity would determine whether or not you would use it.

  • Look, I think we'd all be super-excited to stand that close to Ann Marie, but you've got to center yourself bro and stop fidgeting. Try some grounding foods. Or maybe you and Ann Marie can visit the RV before your next video. "If it's a rockin", don't come a knockin'" if you know what I mean. Cool some of that excess yang with her yin, my man. If you need some tantric lessons in the RV let me know hahaha.

  • @cypressmyst The vast majority of human beings are miserable, leading lives of quiet desperation. I hardly think the state of humanity is evidence that grains are working for humankind. Check out the book Grain Damage, as well as vast amounts of research implicating gluten and lectins in many chronc illnesses. Organic wheat can be sprouted into wheatgrass and is then a health food, but it should not be eaten as a seed. The logic is simple: plants produce toxins to avoid being eaten as seeds.

  • @zigster9999 Now it may be that wheatgrass and sprouted wheat would be perfectly fine for you if you didn't have a leaky gut and out of balance gut flora, but the fact is that isn't the case for the majority of people on the planet. Generations of anti-biotics, pesticides, depleted soil, genetically modified food, and exposure to toxins have seen to that. We are all jacked up. :/

  • Helpful video playback... I've been implementing DietOramy eating plan (discovered it on google's search engine) for a little bit now and my personal successes happen to be splendid - I already lost 7% of my overall excessive fat in the first couple of weeks

  • what do you think about maple?

  • Hi I stumbled on this video while searching "can't digest nuts". While doing an anti-candida diet, I became less and less tolerant of nuts -- primarily cashews. Pistacios made me violently ill over the weekend. It's frustrating because I am developing more and more food intolerances, the more I clean up my diet. Food choices are limited and I am confused. I'll check out your other videos. Thanks.

  • You guys are CUTE!!

  • ...even as I do not think this is beneficial to one's/my health. I would describe it as "transitional." Laughing - if (extended) transitional. But, all of those raw packaged treats - these never/rarely appeal to me anymore. And, there is hardly a nut/nut treat that contains TRULY "raw" nuts?! Thus, these do not seem worthy of consuming if one strives to eat raw/mostly raw.

  • I think it is not surprising that, as one becomes ever more selective with regard to one's food choices - and attuned to the effects of foods with regard to one's body - that previously tolerated foods would become increasingly less so...especially if they are rather questionable when considering benefits/detriments. I have still been eating lots of mostly raw chocolate lately...

  • its all about him, Look, he's in the middle of the frame pushing Annmarie out.

  • Unless you're eating the stevia as a whole leaf, its another processed sugar.

  • In regards to kombucha you can purchase the GTS brand that does not have sugar or any other sweetener inside of it. I purchase the gingerade (fermented ginger root) or original (fermented mushroom). I've never liked sweet processed drinks. I've also found Kombucha very helpful for poor digestion when your coming off a high fat raw gourmet diet to a easy digestive fruitarian lifestyle or coming off a meat and dairy based diet. my digestive track is rebalanced and I am a Fruitarian/leafy greens.

  • Are you two on a high fat raw food diet or a low fat raw food diet? Lots of products are not vegan (honey, spirulina, kombucha) and/or completely unnatural to find in nature. That's my take on it, hope you two do well!

  • C-ass-hews gave me massive gas..they're gone, along w/tree nuts and nut milks and most oils...the crackers, too...and most salt and salt products. Dumped wheat/gluten when I went vegan. Spirulina is very strong smelling/tasting...go w/chlorella if you want the b/g algae...much milder. Fresh and raw is best!

  • Great show you 2 :)

What about salt? I feel so good after removing it completely from my diet.

    Peace

  • Thanks guys!

  • now we know what you DONT eat. Please let us know what you DO eat :)

  • he looks like he could handle 6 hours of sex straight ni problem! lol

  • Yea, I agree with the oatmeal. I've been doing ok with the sprouted wheat wraps, but oatmeal.... no no. :)

  • Gas can be good and also sometimes fun.

  • You all have really evolved well with diet. I totally agree about most of these foods. These are extreme foods and are good for transition for many but not for long term eating. I have needed these foods big time but see how I definitely am moving away from them. Another extreme/transition food is peanut butter. I ate tons of it to get off of meat! lol. Still fall back on it some times.

Thanks for the awesome video!!!!!!!!!! I'll subscribe. Please take a look at my massage videos.

  • Thanks for you guys experimenting like that, and giving us input. Taking notes now...

  • Gluten and grains are really, really bad for everyone. They cause leaky gut and a whole host of chronic diseases (Damn near every autoimmune disorder, heart disease and cancer). That tiredness you feel occurs from your body attacking itself. If left untreated leaky gut will continue to make you have more and more food intolerances until you can eat nothing. Gotta heal the gut and you should get your chocolate back! But Gluten never again. It is killing us and has been for 10,000 years.

  • @Cypressmyst For everyone ? i can think of a few billion people who have lived healthfully on grains for a few thousand years . Many grains arent made the same any more .

  • @NWforager Dental and bone records will beg to differ on this point. They've been causing problems since the agricultural revolution, just not nearly as pronounced as today. Over the past century we have changed our diet to include many more of them, and modified the gluten content from 7 to 50% so folks are getting sicker quicker then they were in the past. I've done tons of research on this, and watched 19 people in my life go off gluten and improve in monumental ways over the past year alone.

  • @Cypressmyst i agree about western wheat gluten .

In your extensive research what have you found about sprouted wheat ?

  • @NWforager They are looking at a number of compounds in wheat that are a problem, not just the proteins. I know they say that sprouted wheat doesn't have the gluten formed yet and so should be safe but I've also known people to react to it so I stay away. I have PTSD with wheat at this point, can't even bring myself to drink wheatgrass juice even though I haven't had a problem with it the one time I accidentally had some. Lol

  • @Cypressmyst I agree, I had blood work done and there were a list of foods that I had problems with, and man I started getting scared to eat anything, Gluten being a big one. I felt symptoms of all sorts everytime I ate. So I just started a Raw Vegan approach and I still have ups and downs. But I am staying strong with this lifestyle because just a month or so into it I have moments when I kinda feel human again. Good Thread!!

  • @Cypressmyst Do you have any advice/sources on healing a leaky gut?

  • @ActionAimz I'm working on that myself. I'd suggest looking into Dr. Tom OBryan, he just did a show on Underground Wellness radio. He talks about Colostrum and its effects healing the gut. Then there is the GAPS diet and the Raw Paleo Diet, both should heal you over time. Finding a functional medicine Doc in your area is a good place to start too. There are supplements that can aid things along. Best of luck to you Love I hope this helps you get on the right track for you. :)

  • i bet u guys definitely shit in the woods.

  • Hi folks there's a big difference between chocolate and cacao seeds. Chocolate is processed food cacao is a antioxidant superfood!

  • too many dates caused me to crash bad.....too much fats cause me to be super lethargic....I find high water content foods to be the most energizing for me and I'm eating some cooked foods for extra calories...rice, potatoes, chow mein noodles with a major focus on getting a high amount of raw foods in my diet for the life force energy.

  • i gave up cacao, gluten, cooked potatoes, soy, corn, milk, very sweet fruits.

  • @Helenelalala so what do u eat. ?.lol

  • @rui27marne i love water melons, cantaloupes, apples, tomatoes, lemons, mangos, blueberries, pebers. My bf is a meat eater and I cook for him so sometimes I nibble on some great farmers markets eggs. I looove wheat grass juice in the morning that I grow myself. I sometimes make some cookies with some gluten free oats. But my best thing are water melons, hmmmmm!! I must say I feel very good and free from addictions!

  • @rui27marne I sometimes make salads with parsley, endives, mushrooms, kimchi, etc. love it!

  • what did she say after dates?

  • No cacao? forget it, no way I'm giving up cacao

  • Continuation... I'd like to close by saying to fellow 'posters' to be kind in your comments. The whole point of eating and living healthy is to feel well physically and spiritually so that we have the energy to enjoy life and serve our fellow human beings. Peace.

  • I love your show Renegade Health. Thank you for taking the time to share your info and experiences. Thank you also for being open about your food sensitivities. We all have them. After watching your video I feel better knowing that I'm not the only one who has had some adverse effects to certain foods. I think you are wise and kind in reminding your audience that your experiences are your experiences and that you are not discrediting the value of any of the foods you mentioned. To Be Cont

  • kevin why do you keep shaking

that kind of restless energy is not a sign of good health...

  • woah why does this video have so many more views than all your other videos?

  • @MoreThanJustSkinDeep . . . Annmarie, very attractive lady.

  • Kevin is getting a handjob thats why he is jiggleing,.

  • @trex457 lmao!

  • kombucha with honey? honey has anti-bacterial properties. the scoby used to make kombucha includes bacteria (scoby = 'symbiotic culture of BACTERIA and yeast') ergo if you add honey you might be killing the mushroom. might try it, but I heard it's a bad idea

  • how about use dates for the sweetener for kombucha.. if a person is going to drink it?

  • since I have removed all gluten and wheat I have lost inches (not weight) around my waist. My mind is more clear and no more tiredness after eating it. I am just about to try the gluten free oat groats. my whole family took out all the salty liquid seasonings and substituted much more fermented veggies like kimchi and sauerkraut. We drink mostly water and once every few months we get a jug of organic apple juice of which the leftover gets used as apple cider vinegar. yum. we are about 80 % raw :)

  • some people have reactions to spirulina but not chlorella...so its important to just listen to your body.

  • @ramonalisa thank for the info. I still get cravings for spirulina but I always get those headaches afterwards. Now I want to try chlorella. thank you!

  • Kevin cannot be still. Probably why he's skinny.

  • @bella50008 lol

  • Wheat used to make me Like suicidal depressed . No problem not eating it . However... Oats? I used to take oat milk and oat cakes and they were fine... Didn't understand whut you guys were saying wus the problem with them !

  • veganlotus.... that the HELL are you talking about?!

  • @MichaelSmathers i think veganlotus stated their claim clearly... they don't believe it's okay to hurt other living creatures to benefit themselves. honey is not necessary and it is not a winning situation for bees. (do you think bees make extra honey for people to take?!?)

  • 6:25-6:30 bevis and butthead. LOL

  • Honey? Really honey? poor poor bees. Id rather do a little dmg to myself with agave than promote the decimation of bee population.

  • @EricRyanConstantine Probably because they are in love and share many things in common. That's the reason most people are together.

  • Yeah that's what bothered me too about the raw food diet. Too much nuts. I also hate wheat and even oats, rice, potato, and buckwheat. koobucha is like alcohol -was never sold on this. I hate my chocolate addiction. I like soy though - I love it and for me it's way better than nuts. Spirulina seems unnecessary to me. Do you have a vid on everyday foods you eat? I never was never sold on the Tamari or Braggs. I love Kikoman. Love both of you and thanks for your show!

  • yeah that's what bothered me too about the raw food diet. too much nuts.

  • I totally agree with most of this. We too have stiff fingers (kids too) after eating namu shoyu or tamari (even the wheat free kind). My oldest son (9) also gets nosebleeds from Tamari. Manna bread does NOT work for us either- I've even tried sprouting my own & grinding it and dehydrating, but alas the SAME thing happens to me- ALL CRANKY grumpy and SO tired beyond belief and my kids won't stop fighting with each other either + my sons joints & spine hrt! Raisins & honey give us headaches 2!

  • dates and raisins give me lots of gas...(having said that i normally have them (+nuts) in MASSIVE amounts..) . i'm not totally raw/vegan in any way but with desserts, i'd like to have them raw. but the basis of all these raw food desserts are dates!! any ideas as to what i can replace them with? thanks!

  • @nvko Figs? I love figs!

  • most of things they are talking about..regular people dnt consume it..

  • annmarie really shines when it comes to knowing how to or what way to view things so we know ourselves how to view and discuss issues an kevin covers many issues fast and does not waste our time!... ps...if to fast well just watch it twice:)

  • annmarie really shines when it comes to showing how to or what way to view things so we know ourselves how to view and discuss issues an kevin covers many issues fast and does not waste our time!... ps...if to fast well just watch it twice:)

  • Spirulina doesn't work for me either... I have tried so many times to see if it was just a fluke, but I always get sick from it.

  • Hi Kevin specific to you; I am female but have 3 boys and a hubby and we removed stevia from our diets because I once read somewhere that it can cause impotence in men. Sorry I do not have the reference

  • Hi Kevin specific

  • honey = candida?

  • spirulina is detox, for sure...

  • hi there's more than chocolate like keeping to cacao, the other night nothing was turning a sore throat but cacao's air dried bean had bubbled its skin & the contents crumbled whitish flavorfuly & favorably for complete seekin. i sometimes set them aside to remember addin bit to mostly moist food soon fermented mix but in meantime it filmed there. so i have two ways to gradually have it. & it was before sleep not for jitters but reduced adrenal effect w/ increase mineral release buffer breakdown

  • hi i retargeted coconut even off initial energizing factor from when once @ metabolism to not be told to reverse things w/ exercise since it gave me natural mood to dance, but after awhile hard portions weren't giving me instant sensation but accumulation. however, if it is openened unsoft tho those holes color accordingly often now i notice but not i can still have it break down by reclosing cracked hemispheres w/ nettles which breaks down a lot of other stuff like oats well/ oregeno lf bud bid

  • how can you call yourself a raw foodist if you're using honey. honey doesn't ever expire. well why? because it already went bad. It's not raw anymore when it goes bad. and if you're a "raw" vegan, honey is an animal product. you're taking away a bee's food.

  • @melzio69

    BEE VOMIT ISN'T VEGAN? LIES!

  • I can power a whole country with the gas i get from wheat, pweeeeee

  • I've discovered that soy really doesn't work for me

  • You guys are a great *Team* one of the first couples Ive equally enjoyed to listen to, very informative. Look forward to learning more ;) Happy New Year ;)

  • Foods that have made me feel ill are excessive salt, excessive use of sugar or honey, roasted nuts, even to many raw nuts or nut milks, oils in excess. Fruit smoothies help but at times I drank to much and felt strange. Starches like oatmeal have been known to clog my sinuses but eating them in the morning is less of a problem than at night. on three occasions eating to much yogurt resulted in me getting a cold. To much dried fruit leaves me feeling tired. to much cheese has been a problem.

  • A lot that hasn't agreed with me. I don't really do nuts very often. Maybe a handful with dinner or mixed in with a salad.

I don't make nut milks. Only sesame seed milk, oat milk or hemp milk.

I don't do kombucha. I'm a strict vegan so no to kombucha made with honey.

I do use water kefir grains for drinks.

I still ferment a lot of foods.

I still take sprirulina, specifically the nutrex brand.

Main salt I take is from celery that's been dehydrated.

  • I like the video. I'm just not sure about giving up agave nector for my morning smoothies...

  • Why did you eat these foods and most likely recommend them to others in the first place?

They don't seem natural from an evolution standpoint, were we eating these things 100,000 years ago, probably not.

Why didn't you notice your reactions right away, the farting was not loud enough haha.

There's a lot of trial and error going on here but it's such a waste of time to just randomly try things that people tell you are healthy, then randomly tell viewers that they are healthy, then say not.

  • you are a cool couple, great videos!

  • You guys are right on. I have the same problem with my stomach on dehydrated foods. I'm 52 years old so my intestinal tract has a hard time breaking down all that good raw stuff with the water content being sucked and dryed out of it. I don't want to spend money on digestive enzymes because I have none. I just but a dehydrator and I plan on taking it back. If I do dehydrate, I really enjoy doing it with natural sunlight. I know Dr. Clement gives good warning about fats, to not eat a lot of it.

  • What source do you guys get your spirulina from? Maybe that one has something else in it from the environment its grown in that another may not have. Unless you've tried several spirulina suppliers of course and still have a headache after.

  • tamari swells you up only because of the processed salt it contains. Tamari without salt will not give you this same reaction.

  • You guys are awesome! Thanks for sharing!

  • He's not fidgeting for crack, he's fidgeting from excitement because he and his wife are about to shut the camera off and get it on under the sun in this field. And then, they're going to go to the art show and, after that, eat all this food they just shat on at one of the raw food restaurants in the bay area. :)

  • raw cabbage and cooked garlic give me gas haha raw garlic seems to be ok tho.

  • Spirulina was probably causing you to detox- it´sa powerful algae

  • @GMIrvs I would love to know what those foods are! sounds awesome :)

  • No problems with organic spirulina for me. Everyone reacts to everything differently.

For me meat and poultry makes me feel like crap. I can stomach cooked meats but they are pretty much null in nutrition though so whats the point? Also Eggs absolutely muder me, probly very acidic.

Chia is great, you gotta have Omega 3's. If you have too much fat you need to workout and exercise.

  • cacao I've had to move away from because it usually gives me leg cramps at night in bed. Never get them otherwise..... Strange, huh?

  • hahaha cute clip

  • I found I cannot eat gluten. I love pamela's gluten free corn bread. yes I was surprised to hear about the agave.

    and I love ALL salads.

  • Honey is unethical. Stop stealing food from bees. Go VEGAN!

  • Some people have a lot of energy, it happens....... It happens to me, I get twitchy and ready to go.

Never done meth, never want to do meth, I actually have had a few really bad run ins with meth. Thanks.

  • ling is made with honey, its better than kombucha.

  • One question about raw food, The "rules" says that the food aren't aloud to get over 42 celsius, but what about nuts and fruits that is growing in so warm places (like cocunut and banana) that the temperature comes over 42 celcius because of the sun? is that okay to eat or not?

  • Interesting video! Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge. I highly agree with your list. Kamboucha I haven`t tried yet, and am not so keen on that. Quite often I slip and eat all of these foods, and feel in a very bad shape and mood the day after. When I stay on track and eat mostly raw fruits and vegetables I feel great. Wheat, salt and dairy are the worst food groups I cut out of my diet. I have had tamari for three days now and feeling lethargic and awful. Great information! : )

  • I appreciate your basic premise, i.e., every food has its effect and this effect can be noticed. I don't understand the nasty comments on this video. It seems like the whole membership of Assholes Anonymous showed up for this one.

  • @jesuisravi And they always do ! Lol .

  • spirulina is pure protein too much protein will give you a headache homeboy fidgeting meth boy

  • You guys have your heads in your clouds, so windy and spacey , maybe these food sensitivities are your bodies trying to tell you that your current diet isn't working well, hence your negative immune responses. Perhaps you should look into some occasional cooked quinioa and yam or raw animal products and see how you feel. Please, dont give the raw community this sort of view, we got into this diet to become stronger not weaker.

  • I agree with this. Many of the people in these videos are spacey and giddy all of the time. They also all have dark sunken eyes. It seems more about living extreme and getting high off of endorphins than promoting well being.

  • Are you sure you cut out chocolate? Looks like your on some kind of stimulant.

  • had bad experience with raw choc. Was wired for a week on it then had huge crash. Migrane for 2 days

  • Why stop certain foods which may produce some gas....farts are a natural, normal and healthy part of life...just like poop....lol.

  • @markpianoman No, farts are fermenting foods in your stomach that stay there way too long because of digestion problems. Poop is the opposite of that my friend.

  • @hieristjetzt to square a view... even the earth puts out lots of it...

some foods are always going to start some fun or trouble

depending on view, (kids will eat anything for this fun it seems)

no matter how healthy u r...

  • I like this list...I agree. I was thinking the other day that Kombucha cant be that good for you if they have to feed it with so much sugar...but the life in it...if it is done right will eat alot of the sugar...but in moderation is a good thing.

  • i feel that gluten is poison anyway so im glad you cut them out

  • So the dehydrator I just bought you are telling me is bad....so you don't eat kale chips anymore? Sorry but I can't just do fruit/veggies...sounds like you are going to the extreme now...guess I have to keep looking for people that, in a round about way, aren't preaching and telling me what to do/not to do.

  • i love to see you both interact. So much love and caring. I want a raw love too! D

  • Anne Marie = picture of health . certain brands of spiralina give me a headache too

  • I've taken dairy out of my diet because it makes my throat sore and phlemgy. I LOVE milk. So instead I have been using almond milk in my cereal and tea. Nut milks are very fatty so I keep it limited, sometimes I don't even put it in my tea.

  • Kevin, you lucky dog being married to Annmarie! She's a fox! daaayaamn!

  • I get drunk off kombucha too!

  • If you eat cacao, eat some maca with it, or a maca supplement. Cacao is draining on the adrenal glands, and maca is restorative to it. I hope that logic works out.

  • I don't buy into the fearmongering about agave. You can get a good brand of agave with 48-50% fructose, and yes, there is RAW agave. It's not processed like high-fructose corn syrup... You take the syrup and an organic enzyme is added to it, just as bees add enzymes to make honey.

  • lol, smart man, he is very energetic, but in this video especially it is like he is joansing for crack :D

  • Yeah, I stopped eating everything but lettuce and celery, dudes! Protein causes cancer, fat causes heart disease, carbohydrates cause diabetes...food is dang dangerous--just don't eat! That's my new motto.

Just kidding. Seriously, the body wants it's macronutrients whole. I've found adding MORE of them, is better than starving on some deficient diet.

And cooked vs. raw depends on the food. Animal milk is best raw, but potatoes and grains? Way more digestible cooked. Raw butter pwns nuts.

  • but i love agave !... >.> i found out im celiac almost 3 years ago, so im a big no for gluten. Everything since that point on has been a slow steady progression from average canadian 20 year old male to a raw diet. After gluten i gave up meat , then eggs, now im giving up sugar and milk to do a raw detox and im hoping to keep up with not cooking my foods, going organic and only eating a plant based diet after. Nutrtion is the biggest mind block of all time. Its been a mind trip. unreal

  • Funny. I ate chocolate and drank kombucha while watching this. :-)

  • really i only eat fruits and vegies and nuts and seeds so im fine with all i eat but the combining of what i eat had to change like eating everything all together when ever i wanted was a bad choice.

  • Hey! I get drunk off Kamboocha too! My boyfriend thought I was crazy-

oh and ps- he pukes when he eats agave, so yeah wev'e taken that out too. What is it about that stuff that just dosent taste right?

Our bodies have gotten so smart since we've started eating raw- it tells you that it knows agave is artificial so it literally rejects it. I wish mine would do that with cookies:)

  • you guys are great. and she is sexy. love the show!

  • Try taking the improvisation out of your diet, you are no good at it anyway.

  • Not everything thats dehydrated is fattening:O

  • As a Catholic, I'm concerned about gluttony, which isn't always eating too much, but it can be simply being too preoccupied or fussy about what you eat. However, taking care of your body in the way that you describe is prudent. It's just a shame so much junk is pushed on us.

I'm really glad you mentioned about spirulina and headaches. I had the same reaction.

Also, WHEAT and gluten. It's difficult to get rid of wheat bread and pasta, but it makes me so tired.

  • @TheCatholicFaithfu Rice (different kinds) are hard on my sugar. I have to eat it sparingly.

Has anyone heard about the toxicity of processed soy products?

  • your worried about gluttony. thats fine, but being preocupied about what you put in your body is not a sin. infact god would be proud that you were taking care of his creation. youll have the energy to spread love and happyness and look good doing it. god wants you to take care of yourself. go with it.

  • @Doitonhigh i dont know why someone put a down thumb on this coment coz i recon ur right!

  • Your nice. where are you from

  • kombucha made me throw up

  • are you guys vegetarian or something cuz i am xD

  • no more chocolate? what about raw cocoa?

i made the most incredible cocoa, coconut, strawberry smoothie, it's sooo dang goood!

  • @MozzerRocks no he is just on RAW FOOD...

  • @MozzerRocks lol it's from all the raw foods he's not on meth he's on raw foods! haha

  • I stopped consuming Agave. Great show guys!!

  • raw cashews actually arent raw. Real raw cashews contain a toxin that is destroyed by heat. Therefore, cashews labeled as raw have actually been blanched.
