  • i know some tricks you could use to save 2-3 sec

  • when you go down the rope line let go as u ushiwaly would twist your body and flip the rpe off. so that releas twist and punch. youl land on the mat youl start sliding forward so make shur to twist your body back round wen it lands on the mat

  • room for improvement ;) keep on runnin'
