Thank you Mr. McConnell! I am actually doing a report on this for my Web Design class and every search engine I went to all they would do is give me the same facts and info about what is to be done about Internet Tax Moratorium! I just wanted to know what it was! That's it! Again thanks!
Thank you Mr. Mcconnell, i agree with you 100 percent yes yes yes, and to think i am a democrat but i think and believe as a highly conservative republican, well all i need to do is switch parties, btw i voted for mccain in the most recent election for president, once again thank you
It is very simple. When some activity is taxed the result will be less of that activity. If you tax internet sales the result will be less internet sales. The resulting unintended consequences will be an increase in unemployment and a greater need for tax revenues. These problems are exacerbated by government bureaucracies that are far less efficient with the money that they took, than the people that they took the money from.
how about this ... keep the F^%king internet, cable, cell phone, insurance, AND ANYTHING THAT MAKES OUR ECONOMY RUN.
It all of the elected that caused this issue by not passing it when you had majority. I say tax us , tax us out of homes, cars, and anything you can think ... I'm going to laugh when it falls apart and you politicans loose you power totally ... lol
Can't blame this on the Democrats. Members of both parties fall on either side of the issue. From what I can tell, LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENTS are the ones who want to prevent this bill from being permanent because (a) the Internet has huge revenue potential and (b) the states that are grandfathered in don't want to lose the revenue they are getting now. So the question really is whether or not you think your state and local governments should be able to take advantage of this revenue stream.

Mitch McConnell is a spineless weak man. He needs to be removed from his seat and someone with a spine inserted.

If the web gets taxed, will Kucinich and Ron Paul lose their supporters or their donations or both?
