its all done in protools, its called melodyne. you can raise or lower any pitch to any note desired.

@MrMrFunnybunny1 well no, they raise their regular speaking voices by 3 decibals or w/e editing terminology calls it. however speeding up your regular voice ALSO raises it 3 decibals, depending on how much u raise it. the show is spoken normal speed they just raise the pitch
