Rallycar looks like it´s doing everytnhing it can to add a bit of time here and there to gis final lap time while moto looks like it´s just playing behind him. Also the track is definitely choosen for the moto no doubt, you use different surfaces etc.. on half track each when doing this type of race so both have 50% beneficial each.

The subaru actually is street legal. That isn't even the highest upgraded Subaru impreza. there is a faster one called the Impreza WRX STi that has more HP, torque, stiffer suspensions for tighter turns and better control and a whole slew of other things that are upgraded from the WRX to the STi. I have no doubt that the STi would beat this bike just looking at how close the times were already.
