  • "Here, you take the baby for awhile! Got any more of those flip shrimps??"

  • 3:03-----you can keep her for now, I want more fish! lol!

  • this is so cute and amazing! thank you for sharing this with the world!!!

  • That has me grinning like a loon here. Soooo cute!

  • I have officially just died of cute poisoning.

  • "I GIVE BABY AND NOW HOOMAN GIVES DELICIOUS FOODS! MORE FOODS HOOMAN!"

  • awwww this is to cute and the momma is a good mom

  • Love the fact Mom occasionally checks the situation out. I've worked with trainers in the past. You guys rock.

  • 4 people have no soul. How could anyone "dislike" this cuteness and caring?

  • What an excellent demonstration of the values of good husbandry behavior training. Congrats to that proud mom and to Seattle Aquarium.

  • I love how Aniak gave her right back when you gave the baby to her to give her a little break from stressing over her baby. It was like "Nah I trust you - take her - more shrimp?"

  • I'm sure that aquarium vet was thinking "All those years of college... all those late nights studying for exams... it was all worth it for moments like this!!!"

  • aww so cute... it cant swim yet? c:

  • @Anmantaku It's only a week old. With all that extra fluff when they're born they don't really need to know how to swim - they can't sink! Watch the newer video - a week later she was paddling around on her back :)

  • Awww, what a good mummy she is. She brings her baby over to the doctors for a checkup, but even when she's rolling around eating fish, she keeps an eye on what's going on with her baby.

  • So cute! The baby looks like she's a stuffed animal that can move and squeak. :)

  • Am I the only person who could not stop smiling watching this video?

  • Im just curious, is the mother trained to bring her baby over to the trainers or is it just natural for her to do that b/c she knows them & wanted to show her newborn to them>?. Cute.

  • @wow85 Aniak was trained to bring her pup over to the biologists. She was hesitant in the beginning, but through repetition and positive reinforcement she understood that the biologists were there to just take a look at her pup and not cause harm.

  • Sooo cute!

  • awwwwwwwwwwwwwww......
