  • Ah yes, Path to prosperity=Elimination of Medicare, wake up Americans we need to defend Medicare and Social Security with our lives. Part D is a bush Plan that created a burden in Medicare because now with part D seniors pay more and that $ is taken out from the social security check. It was created by the pharma companies to charge more for drugs. Bush with part D eliminate the ability of government to negotiate prices with the pharmaceuticals companies just like Veterans Affairs still do.

  • The thumbnail for this vid is classic.

  • The congressman is still a RINO advocate for big government meddling. Medicare Part D is a choice amongst limited plans, not pharmacies. I used to focus on quality patient care and had a good cash business. The few choices that Medicare Part D provides are not sufficient for that focus. There's too much government money to compete against. In order to compete, a pharmacy must be selling a lot of frozen pizzas and cigarettes. I closed my pharmacy when Part D passed.

  • Ryan is certainly a very effective communicator on technical issues in a way that ensures that understanding is maximized. he would have well in business.

  • not sure about the details in the plans (at a complete or competent level)...but do like the idea of competition inherent in a plan and i like the idea of plans allowed to compete for a voice. that is, i would like to see ideas experimented with and validated before scaled completely, if possible. so i like Ryan referencing a "model" (part D) as an example. however, many familiar with macro believe part D will prove our undoing in cost-containment.
