a few years later after altair coming from his trip to mongolia with his family,he came to find malik imprisioned by the order saying he killed altairs second son,he didnt,altair knew that and rescued him,they went to confront the new leader and conspirator against malik called abbas,as they meet him he delivered malik's head to altair in a bag,needless to say altair killed him transfering his rage trough the piece of eden,unwillingly killing maria in the process. thus that story ended. :(
