They even have a similar personality (not exactly the same but) i think we can say that its a high chance we get to see the "Decendant" in the manga at the end :P

Well there is kinda a reason for Tsuna's similarity. If you remember, Vongola Secondo wasnt a blood descendant of Primo but someone who Daemon chose to lead vongola, after that all bosses had been in same way blood relatives including Vongola 9th being son of Vongola 8th and so on.

But during the starting episodes, reborn showed Tsuna a Family tree in which he was directly shown a blood descendent of Primo i.e. Having true blood of Vongola (ofc Iemitsu is also related)>
