If you can get them all unbroken then don't waste any time in between.
Pick up that KB on the run, get to the pullup bar almost on the same breath as you finish the swings, and come on that bar running. The amount of work being done is relatively low compared to most other WODs so its got to be fast! I haven't done Helen in a long time, but my PR is 7:32 and there was zero time wasted.
@jayrhodes I agree with you 100%, but if you can't keep a consistent fast run on all three rounds, like i can't it really doesn't matter how fast your transitions are. I'm very aware my running sucks. Im good for the first round which i tend to blow my wod in. But thats my own fault. I don't know how to do it any different. I like to go balls out in the beginning. I appreciate your advise nevertheless!
