What do you mean by fragile? I thought the unibody design was supposed to make it ultra-durable? Or do you mean that the aluminum surface scratches easily?
I just mean that yeah the aluminum is very durable BUT if you hit the computer on a table a drop it on the floor it's dead. I'm very careful so it's fine but its fragile. I had problems with the hinge cracking every time I opened it. and got it fixed. It's still the best laptop on the market though.
Yeah, I'm so happy to have it. The only annoying thing with it is it's soooo fragile, That's why I have a case on it at all time just to make sure. But yeah by far the best laptop on the market!
At first I thought it was a bad idea to use that track pad on the new computers but now I hate using the normal ones lol. Got used to the all in one button/tack-pad.
Well it all depends if you had a mac before.I didn't it was the first time I used leopard so for me it's am amazing. So much smoother than Vista. And for the laptop itself its great. The gestures are so convenient. It's hard to go back to an old regular laptop after you use one. You'll love it.
well i have a PC now and I have wanted to switch to Mac for a while. Now its finally time for me to get a new laptop and I am hopefully getting this one. I know people that have Vista and say how horrible it is! I have XP, but on almost every PC now they have Vista which is a huge reason I don't want another PC. This will be my first Mac and I am soooo excited!
If your an experienced PC user and your into all this geek kind of stuff then it'll be easy. Will take a couple of days to get used to the new OS but after that everything should run smoothly.

The white macbook is $900. The one I have is the top end macbook pro 15". It was $2300.

Did you get it on amazon? Took around 3-5 days for me on free supersaver shipping. You should check up on your order. Their might be a problem.
