Yeah it wasn't chip damage....he didn't parry low and he was hit in the leg and she defeated Alex by one dagger.

Now the rest of the supers, yes the chip damage fucked him over....but the deathblow was a legit hit.

thats the thing about being an ibuki player. her combos can be devastating if you get them in right. but she has such low health that she can get hammered with one by a strong hitter player (ryu, alex, hugo) and she loses so much health its hard to keep up. i would know im an ibuki player i have to deal with it all the time lol.
