You know it takes a community to raise a child--unfortunately a community can also royally f*** up a child as well -- so people really need to consider these things more, and think about it long and hard. When we consider what you're saying, that we have one thing we're holding onto that nobody else can take then we really don't have anything to fear. If we have ourselves then we have everything that we need right here.
And if that doesn't make them vulnerable they're also fed a bunch of frivolous shit that's INTENDED to steer them away from themselves and to keep them from thinking independently. People shouldn't be slaves to their own nation; they should live within a nation where people are taught to bring out THE MOST in each other. They should live in a nation where people do work that is meaningful and satisfying; not work that is grueling and demeaning with no personal benefits.
You're very intelligent and insightful! Keep doing what you're doing, because you have tons to offer to this world. This topic really catches my attention, and more-so these days because I've been thinking about how people are taught to cut themselves off from their individuality. Then what we have are people left completely lost and out of tune with themselves--
