If you crave something sweet ur body is telling you you need a fruit of some kind. But most of us would grab the choc not fruit. Or we wait till that craving gets out of control till we grab something sweet like candy/ice cream etc.

Lol, when you diet, you have to select food you like. This is especially necessary when making green smoothies, hehehe, because unless you add tasty greens you'll be dringking boring green water. Arugula and spicy peppers are pretty good.
Thank you for posting this and bringing light to this problem. A lot of people don't realize that when this happens, the "1-10" hunger scale doesn't even apply because we really do zone out and just eat because it feels good. I am a recovering binge eater and I still have struggles from day to day. thank you for the support and advice!!
I could relate to the anxiety about being in a job you don't like.The weekends create more anxiety because of the anticipation of returning to work on Monday.Fear stops me from changing careers.

Great points, there are many food items I just never or rarely choose to keep at home. My big weakness is potato chips (can't kick eating them yet), so if I absolutely must have them I buy a small bag. I try to surround myself at home with more healthy options, seems to work well. I have this problem late at night. I am tired, but its the only chance I get to listen to rawRadiantHealth...lol...and so I eat while I listen to you....lol....anyway...just thought it was funny. You are right on the money and I love your show. I should go to bed and then I wouldn't eat late at night. But what about RRH. :(...lol
so true about the cake... when its at home I find a reason to eat the whole darn thing! but... when i'm with friends it would mortify me to try and finish one alone -__-;
Thanks for the great tips - especially the "no eating alone" rule! I was so happy to see this topic because I've really been struggling lately with the weekends and over-eating. I've also been having a hard time because of my social responsibilities - dinner parties and such.
