where do you get planes that tell you maximums, sink rate, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40, 30, 20, and 10... and retard and other stuff like that?

Only payware planes tell you that but they start to tell you at 2500ft then a 1000 then 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10. touchdown.

hey did you know that you can upgrade the airport environment?just search for "airport environment upgrade 7.0" and you will see the difference.
