There are two versions. Neither is technically HD, but this version was uploaded at a time when YouTube compressed the video to the point where the quality is visibly worse.

Not to my knowledge! I'm not 100% sure what the original shoot location was for the film, but we were lucky enough to have access to a building that looked very similar (which is in fact part of the campus of Neumann College near Philadelphia, PA. Thanks for the question!
